Teamtailor Pricing and Teamtailor Cost per Year for US Companies and Recruiting Teams
Teamtailor publishes no price, no plan names and no tier table. It does publish what every account includes, which add-ons are billed on top, and why a renewal invoice can come in higher. Every fact below comes from Teamtailor's own pricing page and help center, read on October 1, 2026.

In one answer Teamtailor does not publish a price. Its US pricing page, read on October 1, 2026, is headed "Let us give you a quote" and contains no dollar figure, no plan names and no tier table; the only buttons are Book a demo and Log in. What the page does promise is that every account includes unlimited job postings, unlimited users, support for all users and over 250 features. Teamtailor's help center adds the rest: the subscription runs for a fixed period with auto-renewal, SMS and WhatsApp are paid by credits on a card, and seven features, including Onboarding, BI-Connector and Requisition Flow, come with an additional cost. Its finance FAQ says a renewal invoice can rise because a first-year discount no longer applies or because the company has grown. Nurture email campaigns and the AI Co-pilot are included at no additional cost.
How much does Teamtailor cost?
Teamtailor will not tell you before a sales call. The page at teamtailor.com/en-us/pricing opens with "Let us give you a quote" and then lists four things every customer gets: unlimited job postings and unlimited users, customer support for all users, over 250 features, and integration with your existing HR tech stack. We read the raw page source as well as the rendered page. It contains no currency symbol anywhere, so this is not a price hidden behind a toggle or a region switch.
There is also no plan ladder to compare. Most vendors on our recruiting software pricing comparison hide the top tier and print the entry tier. Teamtailor prints neither, and the site splits buyers only by company size, with one track for 0 to 1,000 employees and one for enterprises above 1,000. That makes it one of four vendors out of the sixteen we have read at source that publish no price for any plan, alongside JobAdder, Gem and Tellent Recruitee. Across all sixteen, 29 of 60 plans or offers carry a dollar figure.
So the honest answer to the cost question is a method, not a number. Get the quote, then check it against the published figures of the vendors that do print prices, which are listed further down this page.
Published price: none, on any page we read
Plan names: none; one offer, quoted per company
Included per the pricing page: unlimited job postings, unlimited users, support for all users, 250+ features, HR stack integrations
Buying path: Book a demo, then a quote from sales
Is Teamtailor priced per user or per job?
Neither, at least not in any way the page lets you see. Unlimited users and unlimited job postings are the first line of the pricing page, which rules out the two meters most buyers expect. You will not pay more for adding a hiring manager, and you will not pay per job ad.
Teamtailor does not publish the meter that replaces them. The closest thing to a statement is in its finance FAQ, which gives two reasons a renewal invoice can be higher: a discount on the first subscription year that no longer applies, or "the growth and expansion of the company." That points to a price tied to company size rather than to seats or postings, which is consistent with the way the site segments buyers by employee count. It is an inference from Teamtailor's own wording, not a published rule, so ask your rep to write the metric into the order form.
Several pricing guides on page one say Teamtailor charges by job slots or open positions. That contradicts the vendor's own promise of unlimited job postings, and none of those guides cites a Teamtailor source for it. Treat any slot-based number you find as unverified.
Will the Teamtailor price go up at renewal?
It can, and Teamtailor says so itself. The finance FAQ in its help center, updated August 25, 2026, answers the question "What is the reason for the increased price on my renewal invoice?" with two causes: a first-year discount that is no longer applicable on the renewal, or an increase tied to the growth and expansion of your company. The billing page in your account shows the current subscription period and the auto-renewal date, so the renewal is automatic unless you act before it.
Both causes are negotiable before you sign, not after. Ask for the year-two price in writing alongside the year-one price. Ask whether the first-year discount carries into the renewal. Ask what company-size threshold would trigger a higher renewal and how it is measured. A quote that only shows year one is half a quote.
Payment discipline is also stricter than most buyers expect. Teamtailor's dunning schedule sends reminders at 2 and 7 days overdue, a suspension warning at 14 days, and switches the account to no access at 23 days overdue until payment arrives. If your accounts payable cycle runs net 30, agree the payment terms in the contract.
What does Teamtailor charge extra for?
Teamtailor's add-on catalog, in its help center, marks each feature with its activation cost. Most are included. These are listed as coming with an additional cost: Onboarding, SMS, BI-Connector, Requisition Flow, Enterprise calendar, Job offer approvals and Group analytics. Audit Log is listed as one that may come with an additional cost. None of these prices is published; each one is activated by your contact person or support.
SMS and WhatsApp run on prepaid credits. Every incoming and every outgoing SMS costs at least one credit, with the exact number depending on length, character type and destination country, and every WhatsApp message costs one credit. Credits are bought in-app on a credit card, with optional auto top-up. A candidate who replies after your balance hits zero still gets through, and the balance goes negative until the next top-up.
The included list is long and genuinely useful: the AI Co-pilot, Nurture email campaigns, Triggers, interview kits, job offers, e-signature for onboarding documents, recordable video meetings, references, surveys, the sourcing browser extension, SSO, two-factor authentication, webhooks, an MCP connector and the LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect integration all show "No additional cost."
Extra cost: Onboarding, SMS, BI-Connector, Requisition Flow, Enterprise calendar, Job offer approvals, Group analytics
May cost extra: Audit Log
Pay as you go: SMS and WhatsApp credits, bought by card in the app
Included: Co-pilot AI, Nurture campaigns, Triggers, SSO, webhooks, sourcing extension, LinkedIn RSC
Does Teamtailor have a free trial?
The pricing page offers a demo, not a trial. Teamtailor's ATS pages invite you to "try it out yourself", and its help center refers to trial accounts, noting for example that the free job board channels are not included in a trial account. Neither the pricing page nor the help articles we read publish a trial length or terms, so ask for them in writing on the demo call.
That free channel point matters for US buyers. Once a paid account is live, Teamtailor sends published jobs to its always-included job boards automatically, provided the account meets the prerequisites in its help article. In a trial that distribution does not happen, so a trial will understate the applicant volume you would see after buying.
Can Teamtailor send candidate email sequences?
Yes, for candidates in your Teamtailor database, and this is one of its real strengths at no extra charge. Nurture campaigns are built from email touchpoints with a wait time of 1 to 100 days between them, sent from any user in your account, as plain text or branded. You add candidates one at a time from the candidate card, in bulk from the candidate bank, automatically with a trigger when they reach a pipeline stage, or straight from the sourcing browser extension. Campaign statistics track emails sent, meetings booked, offers made and hires.
The campaign builder includes exit options, and candidates can always unsubscribe. The help article shows the exit options in a screenshot rather than in text, so we could not confirm from the text whether a reply on its own removes a candidate from the campaign. Test that in the demo before you build a sourcing workflow on it.
Where Nurture stops is the edge of the candidate database. It is a talent pipeline tool for an employer, so it is not the tool a staffing firm or search firm uses to win the client in the first place, and Teamtailor's pricing page has no agency plan. That is the job ColdOutreach does: it researches each hiring manager or prospect, writes the first email and the follow-ups, and pauses the sequence the moment someone replies. It costs $24 a month on annual billing for the workspace and runs beside Teamtailor or any other ATS from a CSV. Try it on a real prospect in the composer at the top of this page.
Is Teamtailor good for recruitment agencies?
Teamtailor is built for employers. The site's two buyer tracks are company size bands, the product pages are about employer branding and career sites, and the agency-related feature in its add-on catalog, External recruiters, lets an employer invite outside recruiters into its own process. There is no client CRM, no job orders by client and no placement or fee tracking in anything we read.
Agency systems publish more, which gives you a number to negotiate from. Manatal starts at $15 per user per month on annual billing, Zoho Recruit's staffing edition at $25, Recruit CRM at $95 and Bullhorn at $99. The breakdowns are on Manatal pricing, Zoho Recruit pricing and Bullhorn pricing. If you are a corporate team comparing Teamtailor with another quote-only employer ATS, Recruitee pricing shows how that vendor builds its quote from eight headcount bands, and the two are set side by side in Recruitee vs Teamtailor pricing.
Why Teamtailor prices on page one do not match
Search for Teamtailor pricing and page one gives you at least four incompatible answers: a range of $2,750 to $72,000 or more a year based on job slots, three named tiers called Starter, Growth and Enterprise at $300 to $400, $600 to $1,200 and $1,500 or more a month, a per employee model, and a starting price of about $229 a month. Teamtailor's pricing page, read on October 1, 2026, publishes none of them and names no tiers at all.
Two of those claims contradict the vendor directly. A job slot meter cannot be squared with unlimited job postings on the pricing page, and a three-tier ladder cannot be squared with a page that lists one offer. The remaining figures are buyer-reported averages or single quotes, which describe one company's contract in one size band and cannot be applied to yours.
The usable reference point is a vendor that prices the same way and does publish. Workable also bills the whole company by employee band and prints every band: $299 a month on Standard for 1 to 20 employees on annual billing, rising from 21 employees. Breezy HR sells flat company plans with unlimited users from $157 a month on annual billing. If a Teamtailor quote for a 50 person company lands far above those, you have something to push back with. The detail is on Workable pricing and Breezy HR pricing.
What to ask Teamtailor before you sign
Six questions cover almost every surprise we found in Teamtailor's own documentation. Put the answers in the order form rather than in an email thread.
What is the pricing metric, and what company-size change triggers a higher renewal?
What is the year-two price, and does the first-year discount carry into it?
Which of the seven paid add-ons are in this quote, and at what price each?
What does an SMS credit cost to US numbers, and what is the smallest credit package?
What are the payment terms, given the 23-day no-access rule for overdue invoices?
How long is the trial, and are job board channels and Nurture active during it?

Common questions
The questions buyers actually ask before they switch.
How much does Teamtailor cost per month?
Teamtailor does not publish a monthly or annual price. Its US pricing page, read on October 1, 2026, is a quote request with no dollar figure and no plan names. Every account includes unlimited users and unlimited job postings, so the price is set per company by sales after a demo, with paid add-ons and SMS credits on top.
Is Teamtailor priced per user?
No. Teamtailor's pricing page promises unlimited users and unlimited job postings on every account. It does not publish the metric it does use, but its finance FAQ says a renewal can rise with the growth and expansion of the company, which points to a price tied to company size. Ask for the metric in the order form.
Does Teamtailor raise prices at renewal?
It can. Teamtailor's finance FAQ names two reasons a renewal invoice may be higher: a first-year discount that no longer applies, and growth of your company. Subscriptions auto-renew on the date shown in your billing settings, so ask for the year-two price and the discount terms before you sign.
Does Teamtailor have a free trial?
Teamtailor's pricing page offers a demo rather than a trial, though its help center refers to trial accounts and notes that free job board channels are not included in them. No trial length or terms are published on the pages we read, so confirm both on the demo call.
What does Teamtailor charge extra for?
Teamtailor lists Onboarding, SMS, BI-Connector, Requisition Flow, Enterprise calendar, Job offer approvals and Group analytics as add-ons with an additional cost, and Audit Log as possibly extra. SMS and WhatsApp use prepaid credits bought by card. The AI Co-pilot, Nurture campaigns, Triggers, SSO and webhooks are included.
Is Teamtailor worth it for a staffing agency?
Usually not as the agency system. Teamtailor is an employer ATS with no client CRM, no job orders by client and no agency plan. Agency platforms publish prices instead, Manatal from $15 per user a month, Zoho Recruit from $25, Recruit CRM from $95 and Bullhorn from $99, and client outreach runs best in a dedicated tool.
Is Teamtailor a US company?
Teamtailor is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. US customers are invoiced by Teamtailor Inc., a Delaware entity, and can pay by ACH or wire to a US bank account, according to its finance FAQ. US customers who have trouble with overseas payments can ask for a credit card payment link.
