Zoho Recruit Pricing: Staffing Agency Pricing Plans, Cost per Recruiter and the Daily Email Cap
Zoho Recruit prints a price on every plan, which is rare in this category. What it does not print on the pricing page is how little email a full desk can send before it hits the company-wide cap. Every figure here was read at zoho.com on September 25, 2026 from a US connection.

In one answer Zoho Recruit's staffing agency edition costs $25, $50 or $75 per recruiter per month on annual billing (Standard, Professional and Enterprise), or $30, $60 and $90 billed monthly, plus a Forever Free plan limited to one active job. Monthly billing is exactly 20 percent more than annual on every tier. The figure most buyers miss is the email allowance: mass email is capped per company per day at 250 on Standard, 500 on Professional and 750 on Enterprise, and Zoho's help center says that allowance also covers autoresponders, schedulers and macros. The cap does not grow when you add recruiters, so a ten-recruiter Professional desk shares 500 mass sends a day, about 50 each. One-to-one emails are counted separately, at 300 per active user per day on paid plans. Multi-step candidate follow-ups (autoresponders) appear only on Enterprise, at most three of them, and Zoho states they cannot detect a reply.
How much does Zoho Recruit cost?
Zoho Recruit costs $25 per recruiter per month on the Standard plan, $50 on Professional and $75 on Enterprise when billed annually, in the staffing agency edition. Billed monthly, the same plans are $30, $60 and $90. There is also a Forever Free plan. Local taxes are charged on top of all of them, which the page states under the plan cards.
Two details on the page are easy to misread. The toggle says yearly billing saves "up to 16%", while several pricing guides say monthly runs "about 20 percent higher". Both are true at once: the monthly premium is a flat 1.2 times the annual rate on every tier ($5, $10 and $15 a month), which is 20 percent more than annual or 16.7 percent less than monthly depending on which way you measure. Unlike Manatal, whose flat $4 premium makes the annual saving shrink as you climb, Zoho's saving is identical on all three paid tiers.
The second detail is that Zoho Recruit ships as two editions with overlapping plan names. The Corporate HR edition at zoho.com/recruit/pricing.html has Free, Standard at $25 and Enterprise at $50 per recruiter a month annual. The staffing edition, which is the one with clients, contacts, submissions and client portals, adds a Professional tier and moves Enterprise to $75. So "Zoho Recruit Enterprise" costs $50 or $75 depending on which edition the writer happened to open. If you run a staffing or search firm, the $25, $50 and $75 column is yours.
Forever Free: $0, one active job, no mass email, 5 email templates
Standard: $25 annual or $30 monthly per recruiter, 250 mass emails a day per company
Professional: $50 annual or $60 monthly, 500 mass emails a day per company, two-way email sync
Enterprise: $75 annual or $90 monthly, 750 mass emails a day per company, autoresponders, client portal
How many emails can Zoho Recruit send per day?
Zoho Recruit can send 250 mass emails a day on Standard, 500 on Professional and 750 on Enterprise, and each limit applies to the whole company, not to each recruiter. The plan comparison grid prints the unit as "per day per org", and Zoho's email limits help article says the daily count includes autoresponders, active email schedulers, macros and mass emails together. One-to-one emails have their own, much larger limit: 300 per confirmed active user per day on any paid plan, which does scale with headcount.
So the cap bites on exactly the work a staffing desk automates: a redeployment blast to contractors finishing an assignment, a job alert to a talent pool, a follow-up series. A recruiter writing individual emails one at a time will not hit it.
That is the number to run against your headcount before you sign, because the seat bill scales and the email allowance does not. On a five-recruiter desk the daily share is 50, 100 or 150 sends per recruiter depending on the plan. At ten recruiters it falls to 25, 50 or 75. At twenty recruiters on Professional, each person gets 25 mass sends a day while the company pays $12,000 a year for seats.
Zoho sells more capacity. The add-on list prices Mass Mail at $28.50 per 750 extra mails per day, billed monthly, and the help article says the mass limit can be raised to at most 2,500 a day per organization by writing to support. The add-on is inexpensive. The honest reading is that the cap is a planning trap rather than a cost trap: a staffing desk that expects each recruiter to work a redeployment list or a client BD list on the day it is built will run into the org-wide ceiling first, and nobody sees it on the pricing card.
Standard, 250 a day per company: 50 per recruiter at 5 seats, 25 at 10 seats
Professional, 500 a day per company: 100 per recruiter at 5 seats, 50 at 10 seats
Enterprise, 750 a day per company: 150 per recruiter at 5 seats, 75 at 10 seats
Extra capacity: $28.50 a month per additional 750 mails a day
Does Zoho Recruit have email sequences?
Yes, on Enterprise only, and with two limits worth knowing before you rely on them. Zoho calls them autoresponders. The plan grid shows none on Free, Standard or Professional and three on Enterprise. Zoho's help article allows up to five follow-ups per autoresponder, sent on fixed dates or on intervals you set, such as three days and ten days after the first email.
The first limit is reply handling. Zoho's own documentation says that at present the system cannot track a response when a candidate replies, so you have to remove that person from the mailing list by hand before the next follow-up goes out. On a desk sending several hundred candidate emails a week, a missed removal means an interested candidate receives a "just following up" message after they already said yes.
The second limit is list hygiene. The article notes that autoresponders cannot identify duplicate records, and that the custom view feeding an autoresponder must contain new data, otherwise the first email goes to the same people again on the next run. Both are workable with discipline. Neither is what a recruiter means by a sequence that stops itself.
How much does Zoho Recruit cost for five recruiters?
Five recruiters on annual billing pay $1,500 a year on Standard, $3,000 on Professional and $4,500 on Enterprise. Billed monthly, the same desk pays $1,800, $3,600 and $5,400. Ten recruiters double each figure, so Enterprise on annual billing is $9,000 a year. That is straight arithmetic from the published rate, before add-ons and tax.
Against the rest of the category, Zoho sits in the budget band with Manatal. Manatal Professional is $900 a year for five users and Enterprise is $2,100, while the mid band starts higher: Recruit CRM Pro $5,700, Bullhorn Starter $5,940, Recruiterflow Platform $7,140. The more useful comparison is the price of a plan that can send a multi-step candidate series at all. Zoho Enterprise does it for $4,500 a year at five seats, the lowest published figure we have found, with the no-reply-detection caveat above. The recruiting software pricing comparison tables all eleven vendors we have read at source on that basis.
What does each Zoho Recruit plan include for a staffing agency?
The staffing plan comparison grid is long, and most of it scales in steps that matter to an agency. Active job openings go from 1 on Free to 100, 250 and 750. Resume parsing runs at 250 a day on Standard, 500 on Professional and unlimited on Enterprise. The record limit across all modules is 5,000 on Free, 100,000 on Standard, 500,000 on Professional and unlimited on Enterprise, which is the ceiling a growing temp desk reaches first because every candidate, contact and note counts.
Several agency features are tier-gated rather than metered. Two-way IMAP email sync, semantic search, candidate portals and webhooks start at Professional. Client portals, vendor portals, Blueprint process automation, territory management and custom functions are Enterprise only, and Enterprise includes 10 free portal licenses. Custom "From" addresses go 5, 25 and 50. Workflow rules go 5, 25 and 50 per module.
Record limit: 100,000 Standard, 500,000 Professional, unlimited Enterprise
Resume parsing: 250 a day, 500 a day, unlimited
Two-way email sync and semantic search from Professional
Client and vendor portals, Blueprint and autoresponders on Enterprise only
Zoho Recruit add-on pricing
Zoho publishes its add-on prices, which is less common than it should be in this category. On the staffing edition grid, billed monthly: Mass Mail $28.50 per 750 mails a day, additional active job openings $15 per 10 jobs, video interviews $12 per job slot, additional portal licenses $6 per portal user a month, extra storage $3.50 a month per 5 GB, webhooks $11.40 per 200 calls, workflow alerts $5.75 per 250 alerts, and additional data backups $11.50 per request.
Storage is the add-on a staffing firm is most likely to buy without planning to. The grid gives 1 GB per company on Standard, 2 GB on Professional and 3 GB on Enterprise, plus 256 MB, 512 MB or 1 GB for each new user license. Resumes, offer letters and compliance documents fill that quickly on a temp desk.
Should a staffing agency buy outreach from Zoho Recruit or run it separately?
Buy Zoho Recruit for what it is good at, which is a well-priced system of record with published add-ons, and decide the outreach question on its own merits. Upgrading five seats from Professional to Enterprise costs $1,500 a year, and for that you get client portals, Blueprint and three autoresponders that share the company's 750-a-day cap and do not stop on reply. If you need the portals anyway, that upgrade is easy to justify. If you are upgrading only to follow up with candidates or hiring managers, it is the expensive way to get a weaker sequence.
The alternative is to keep the ATS on Standard or Professional and run outreach beside it. ColdOutreach researches each prospect before it writes, builds the follow-ups, and pauses a thread the moment someone replies, starting at $39 a month on annual billing for the workspace. You can try it on a real prospect in the composer at the top of this page. For a staffing desk specifically, the staffing agency outreach tool page covers redeployment and client BD, and the recruitment outreach tool page explains how it sits next to an ATS you already pay for.
If Zoho is on a shortlist against Manatal, our Manatal vs Zoho Recruit pricing comparison runs both at five and ten seats, and Bullhorn pricing covers the incumbent most agencies are leaving.

Common questions
The questions buyers actually ask before they switch.
How much is Zoho Recruit per month?
Zoho Recruit's staffing edition is $25, $50 or $75 per recruiter per month billed annually for Standard, Professional and Enterprise, or $30, $60 and $90 billed monthly. The Corporate HR edition lists Standard at $25 and Enterprise at $50 annual. Local taxes are extra. Read at zoho.com on September 25, 2026.
Is Zoho Recruit free?
There is a Forever Free plan, but it is limited to one active job, 5 email templates, a 5,000 record limit and 256 MB of storage, with no mass email, reporting or resume parsing. It is a way to look at the interface. A working staffing desk needs a paid plan, and Zoho offers a 15-day trial and a 45-day money-back guarantee on those.
How many emails can I send from Zoho Recruit per day?
Mass email is capped per company per day: 250 on Standard, 500 on Professional and 750 on Enterprise, and the count includes autoresponders, schedulers and macros. The cap does not rise with seats, so at ten recruiters the Professional share is 50 a day each. One-to-one emails are separate, at 300 per active user per day on paid plans. Extra mass capacity costs $28.50 a month per 750 a day, up to 2,500 a day per company.
Does Zoho Recruit stop follow-up emails when a candidate replies?
No. Zoho's autoresponder documentation says the system cannot currently track a response when a candidate replies, so you must remove that person from the mailing list by hand before the next follow-up. Autoresponders are available only on Enterprise, with a maximum of three, each with up to five follow-ups.
Is Zoho Recruit cheaper than Bullhorn?
At published rates, yes. Bullhorn Starter is $99 and Core $165 per user per month, and Bullhorn prices only those two of its thirteen products. Zoho Recruit's staffing edition is $25 to $75 per recruiter and prices every plan. Five recruiters pay $1,500 to $4,500 a year on Zoho against $5,940 or $9,900 on Bullhorn.
What is the difference between Zoho Recruit Professional and Enterprise?
Enterprise costs $25 more per recruiter a month on annual billing and adds client and vendor portals with 10 free portal licenses, Blueprint, territory management, custom functions, unlimited resume parsing and records, a 750 instead of 500 daily mass email cap, and three autoresponders. Professional has none of the autoresponders.
Why do some sites say Zoho Recruit starts at $30?
Because $30 is the monthly rate for Standard, and some comparisons pair it with the Corporate HR edition's job allowance of 10 active jobs per recruiter license. The staffing edition's Standard plan is $25 billed annually or $30 monthly. Check which edition and which billing period a figure refers to before comparing it.
