Coldoutreach

Enterprise

Sales engagement platform for teams that answer to a board and a security review

Coldoutreach gives revenue orgs the research-first outbound engine your reps want, wrapped in the SSO, audit trail and procurement paperwork your company requires. One platform, one invoice, one deliverability engineer who knows your domains by name.

What your security team will ask about

Every enterprise checkbox, already checked

SSO / SAML

Okta, Entra ID and Google Workspace single sign-on, with SCIM provisioning so seats follow your directory.

Roles & permissions

Admin, manager and rep roles. Reps see their pipeline; managers see everything; nobody exports what they should not.

Audit log

Every send, edit, export and permission change is logged with actor and timestamp, exportable for your security team.

Status page & incident alerts

A public status page plus incident notifications to your channel of choice, so your team hears about disruption from us first.

Security review & DPA

Standard DPA, subprocessor list and architecture overview, with security questionnaires answered within five business days.

Invoicing & procurement

Annual invoicing, PO numbers, vendor onboarding forms and W-9s handled without a fight.

CRM sync

Bidirectional HubSpot and Salesforce sync: activities, replies and meetings land on the contact record automatically.

Dedicated deliverability engineer

A named engineer reviews your domain setup quarterly and is on-call when placement dips.

The CFO slide

The math a sales engagement platform has to survive

Ten SDRs at $6,500 fully loaded is $65,000 a month. Industry time studies and our own onboarding audits agree that research and first drafts consume about 60% of an SDR's day. That is $39,000 a month of payroll going to work the AI now does, while your reps carry the conversations.

Coldoutreach Scale runs $199 a month. Even before a single incremental meeting, the platform pays for itself if it gives each rep back one hour a week. It gives back closer to fifteen.

Coldoutreach Scale$199/mo

$39,000 vs $199: a 196x monthly gap before counting new pipeline.

What changes in quarter one

Pipeline coverage up, ramp time down, domains intact

More reps at quota

Research and drafting stop eating rep hours, so more of the team spends time in conversations instead of tabs.

Faster new-rep ramp

A new hire inherits working sequences and research on day one instead of building a cold-outreach process from scratch.

Domains stay intact

Warmup and throttles are enforced by default, not left to a rep's judgment on launch day.

The domain point is the one to underline. A burned sending domain costs weeks of rebuilding and poisons every rep's results at once; it is the risk most teams only price after the damage. Throttles, warmup and suppression make it a non-event.

Security & compliance

Compliant outbound is the product, not a promise

Coldoutreach enforces CAN-SPAM and GDPR-aligned behavior in software: one-click unsubscribe on every send, instant global suppression, no purchased lists ever, send throttles and complaint-rate monitoring. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, EU data residency is available, and Enterprise contracts include a DPA and security review.

Your legal team can read the full posture, including the requirement-by-requirement mapping, on the GDPR cold email compliance page.

What a rollout involves

Security review first, sending second

Enterprise engagements start with the documents your security team needs: the DPA, the subprocessor list, SSO/SAML configuration and audit-log access. Sending domains are onboarded only after that, and a brand-new domain still serves its full 2 to 3 weeks of warmup before it carries production volume. We do not shorten warmup to hit a launch date; that is how domains burn.

A dedicated deliverability engineer owns your sending reputation for the life of the contract, and suppression lists apply across every rep and every domain on the account, so an opt-out at one team never reaches the prospect from another.

Procurement questions

What revenue and security teams ask first

How does the security review process work?

Send us your questionnaire and we return it within five business days, alongside our standard DPA, subprocessor list and architecture overview. We hold no SOC 2 attestation today and will not imply otherwise. Most security reviews close in two to three weeks.

Can we migrate from Outreach, Salesloft or Apollo?

Yes. We import your prospects, sequences, opt-outs and suppression lists from CSV exports of all three, and your dedicated engineer maps fields and validates the suppression carry-over before anything sends. Typical migration takes under a week, run in parallel with your old tool.

How is Enterprise priced?

Flat annual platform fee based on seats, sending domains and AI email volume, invoiced yearly. There is no per-seat gotcha pricing and no charge for viewer roles. Most enterprise teams land between the Scale plan and a mid-four-figure annual contract; sales will give you a number on the first call.

Bring the security review. We have done this before.

Tell us your seat count and sending volume; you will have pricing, the DPA and a migration plan within one business day.
