How does billing work: monthly or yearly?
Both. Yearly billing shows the lower per-month price (Starter $39, Growth $79, Scale $199) and is charged once a year. Monthly billing costs about 25% more (Starter $49, Growth $99, Scale $249) and charges month to month. You can switch between the two from your billing page at any time; the change applies at the next renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is self-serve from the billing page, takes effect at the end of the paid period, and there are no cancellation calls or retention hoops. Your prospect data, sequences and analytics export with you in CSV.
What counts as an AI-personalized email?
One prospect researched and one full sequence drafted for them counts once against your monthly allowance, no matter how many steps the sequence has. Follow-ups, re-drafts and tone tweaks on the same prospect are free. Warmup traffic never counts.
Do I need multiple sending domains?
Not at first. One warmed domain sending 30 to 50 emails a day is plenty for a solo founder. Teams add domains to raise total daily volume without pushing any single domain past safe limits; that is why Growth includes 3 and Scale includes 10. Warmup runs on every domain you add, at no extra cost.
