Manatal Pricing Plans: Manatal Cost per User, the 15-Job Cap and What Each Plan Includes

Manatal is the cheapest published seat in agency recruiting software. The cost that decides your plan is not the seat, though. It is the job cap on the entry plan and the integration gate on the top one. Every figure here was read at manatal.com on September 26, 2026.

In one answer  Manatal costs $15 per user per month on the Professional plan, $35 on Enterprise and $55 on Enterprise Plus when billed annually, or $19, $39 and $59 billed monthly, and a fourth Custom plan is priced on demand. Two limits decide which plan a US agency actually pays for. Professional allows 15 jobs per account, not per user, so a five-recruiter team shares 15 open jobs, three each. And the Zapier and n8n integration, the Open API and the MCP server for ChatGPT and Claude appear only on Enterprise Plus, so connecting Manatal to any other tool costs $55 a seat. At five users on annual billing that is $900, $2,100 or $3,300 a year. Manatal lists mass emailing on every plan, but no multi-step candidate sequence on any of them, and its 14-day trial excludes mass email and email automations.

How much does Manatal cost?

Manatal costs $15, $35 or $55 per user per month on annual billing for its Professional, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans, and $19, $39 or $59 billed monthly. A Custom plan above those is priced on demand. Manatal's FAQ says the fees are charged net of tax and that it does not charge any tax to customers located outside Singapore, so a US agency sees the list price on the invoice. Whether your state expects use tax on software subscriptions is a question for your accountant, not the vendor.

The pricing is per user, and Manatal counts every login as a user: administrators, managers, consultants and recruiters. Hiring managers are the exception. Every plan includes unlimited hiring managers, which matters to an agency sharing shortlists with clients, because those client users do not add to the bill.

Three of the four plans carry a dollar figure. That makes Manatal one of the most transparent vendors in the category. Across the eleven vendors in our recruiting software pricing comparison, only 19 of 45 plans print a price, and Bullhorn prices two of thirteen products.

Professional: $15 annual or $19 monthly per user, up to 15 jobs per account and 10,000 candidates

Enterprise: $35 annual or $39 monthly, unlimited jobs and candidates, workflow automations

Enterprise Plus: $55 annual or $59 monthly, adds Open API, Zapier and n8n, MCP server, SSO, user groups, advanced report builder

Custom: on demand, adds a dedicated account manager, phone support and custom integrations

What does the job limit mean in Manatal?

The job limit is the maximum number of jobs you can create in the account, and Manatal's FAQ states that it is calculated per account, not per user. A job is not a headcount, so one requisition for twenty warehouse associates counts as one job. On Professional the limit is 15.

Read that against a team and the entry plan shrinks fast. One recruiter gets 15 open jobs. Five recruiters share the same 15, which is three each. Ten recruiters get one and a half each. For an in-house talent team or a boutique retained search firm working a handful of searches, 15 is comfortable. For a contingency desk or a staffing agency carrying temp and contract orders for several clients at once, it is not a real option, and Manatal's own guidance says so: fewer than 15 open positions, pick Professional; more than 15, pick Enterprise.

So for most agencies the honest Manatal price is $35 a seat, not $15. That is still the lowest published price for an agency ATS with unlimited jobs that we have found, but it is the number to put in the budget.

1 recruiter on Professional: 15 open jobs

5 recruiters on Professional: 3 open jobs each, shared

10 recruiters on Professional: 1.5 open jobs each, shared

Enterprise and above: unlimited jobs and candidates

Which Manatal plan do you need to connect other software?

Enterprise Plus, at $55 per user per month. This is the detail most Manatal pricing summaries skip. The plan comparison grid on manatal.com marks the Zapier and n8n integration, Open API access and the MCP server that connects ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants to your account data as Enterprise Plus only. Professional and Enterprise have none of the three.

For an agency that runs anything beside the ATS, whether a payroll system, a time and billing tool, a BI dashboard or an outreach platform, that gate is the real price step. Moving five users from Enterprise to Enterprise Plus costs $20 a seat a month, which is $1,200 a year, and the other things that come with it (SSO, user groups, a report builder, candidate portal, priority support) may or may not be things you need. Ten users, $2,400 a year.

There are two ways around it. Manatal does include native Outlook and Gmail integration, calendar sync, an email marketing integration and a document signing integration on every plan, so some workflows never need Zapier at all. And tools that take a CSV file do not need the API: Manatal's data import accepts CSV and JSON, and ColdOutreach imports a prospect list from a CSV with the addresses validated on the way in, so you can run outreach beside Manatal Enterprise without paying for Enterprise Plus.

Is Manatal cheaper billed monthly or annually?

Annually, but by less than most summaries say, and by less the higher you go. Manatal adds a flat $4 per user per month to every plan for monthly billing: $19 instead of $15, $39 instead of $35, $59 instead of $55. Because the premium is flat, the annual saving is 21 percent on Professional, about 10 percent on Enterprise and under 7 percent on Enterprise Plus. Pages that say annual billing saves "roughly 20 percent across all tiers" are right about one plan out of three.

That changes the decision. On Enterprise, a five-user agency pays $240 a year to stay month to month, which is cheap insurance while you find out whether the platform fits your desk. Compare Zoho Recruit, where monthly billing is a flat 1.2 times annual on every tier, so flexibility on its Enterprise plan costs $900 a year for the same five users. The detail is on our Zoho Recruit pricing page.

How much does Manatal cost for five recruiters?

Five users on annual billing pay $900 a year on Professional, $2,100 on Enterprise and $3,300 on Enterprise Plus. Billed monthly, the same team pays $1,140, $2,340 and $3,540. Ten users double every figure: $1,800, $4,200 and $6,600 on annual billing. That is straight arithmetic from the published rates, before add-ons.

For scale, the same five seats cost $1,500 to $4,500 a year on Zoho Recruit's staffing edition, $5,700 on Recruit CRM Pro, $5,940 on Bullhorn Starter and $7,140 on Recruiterflow Platform. Manatal is the cheapest published agency ATS on every tier. Even Enterprise Plus at $3,300 undercuts Bullhorn Starter, and Bullhorn has no integrations marketplace until Core at $165.

Does Manatal have a free trial?

Yes, 14 days with no card required. There is no free plan once the trial ends: if you have not added a payment method, the account locks until you do, and your data comes back when you add a card. Adding a card during the trial does not cost you the remaining trial days.

The trial has a gap that matters to anyone evaluating outreach. Manatal's FAQ lists what non-subscribers cannot use during the trial: free and premium job board posting, sending emails from the Manatal domain, mass emailing, email automations, AI-generated job descriptions and the GDPR consent request tool. Full access arrives after the first payment and account verification, which Manatal says usually takes up to three working days. So if candidate or client email is part of why you are looking, you pay before you can test it.

Can Manatal send candidate email sequences?

Not as a multi-step sequence. Manatal lists mass emailing, customizable and shareable email templates, SMS recruitment, an email marketing integration and a LinkedIn sourcing extension on every plan, and workflow automations from Enterprise. Nowhere on the plan grid is a series of follow-ups that runs on a schedule and stops when the person replies. That is not a criticism of the ATS, it is a category boundary: Manatal is a system of record with good sourcing, and the reply-aware sequence lives in a different kind of tool.

For an agency that means two separate purchases, and it is worth pricing them separately rather than upgrading the ATS in the hope that the next tier fills the gap. ColdOutreach researches each candidate or hiring manager before it writes, drafts the opener and the follow-ups, and pauses the thread the moment someone replies, from $39 a month on annual billing for the workspace. Try it on a real prospect in the composer at the top of this page. The staffing agency outreach tool page shows how that works for redeployment and client development, and recruitment outreach software beside your ATS covers the setup with a system you already pay for.

What do Manatal add-ons cost?

Manatal names its add-ons but does not print their prices on the pricing page. The plan grid marks three items as add-ons: the AI Interviewer for automated video screening, branding the Guest Portal with your own domain, logo, colors and emails, and bringing existing job posting contracts into Manatal. For all three, the page sends you to sales. The Candidate Portal and employee portal are not add-ons; they are plan-gated to Enterprise Plus.

The Guest Portal is the one an agency is most likely to want. Every plan can share specific jobs and candidate profiles with hiring managers, so client sharing is included. Putting your agency's brand on it is the part that costs extra, and it is the only client-facing cost we could not price from the page.

Should an agency choose Manatal?

For a small or mid-size US agency that wants a clean ATS with a client CRM at a published price, Manatal is hard to beat on cost. Budget $35 a seat, because the 15-job cap on Professional is per account. Budget $55 only if you genuinely need the API, Zapier, SSO or user groups. Then buy outreach separately, because no Manatal tier runs a reply-aware candidate or client sequence, and the $20 step to Enterprise Plus buys integration plumbing, not sending.

If Manatal is on a shortlist, our comparisons run it against the usual alternatives at five and ten seats: Manatal vs Bullhorn pricing, Manatal vs Zoho Recruit pricing, Manatal vs Recruit CRM pricing and Manatal vs Loxo pricing.

Common questions

The questions buyers actually ask before they switch.

How much is Manatal per month?

Manatal is $15, $35 or $55 per user per month billed annually for Professional, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus, or $19, $39 and $59 billed monthly. A Custom plan is priced on demand. Manatal says it charges no tax to customers outside Singapore. Read at manatal.com on September 26, 2026.

Is Manatal free?

No. Manatal has a 14-day free trial with no card required, but no free plan. When the trial ends the account locks until you add a payment method. The trial also excludes mass emailing, email automations, job board posting and sending from the Manatal domain until you have paid and your account is verified.

Is the Manatal job limit per user?

No. Manatal's FAQ says the job limit is calculated per account, not per user, and that a job is not a headcount. Professional allows 15 jobs for the whole account, so five recruiters share 15 open jobs. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus remove the limit.

Does Manatal have an API?

Yes, on Enterprise Plus only, at $55 per user per month annual. The Open API, the Zapier and n8n integration and the MCP server for ChatGPT and Claude are all marked Enterprise Plus on the plan grid. Native Outlook, Gmail and calendar integrations are on every plan.

Is Manatal cheaper than Bullhorn?

Yes, on every published tier. Manatal is $15 to $55 per user per month annual. Bullhorn publishes Starter at $99 and Core at $165 and quotes everything else. Five users pay $900 to $3,300 a year on Manatal against $5,940 on Bullhorn Starter or $9,900 on Core.

Can Manatal send automated follow-up emails?

Manatal lists mass emailing and email templates on every plan and workflow automations from Enterprise, but its plan grid does not list a multi-step candidate sequence that stops on reply at any tier. Agencies that need one usually run a separate outreach tool beside the ATS.
