Manatal pricing is three published numbers: Professional at $15, Enterprise at $35 and Enterprise Plus at $55 per user per month billed annually, or $19, $39 and $59 month to month. Recruit CRM pricing is also three, but roughly six times higher: Pro at $95, Business at $135 and Enterprise at $215 per user per month on annual billing, with monthly rates of $109, $159 and $259. Both vendors publish more of their range than most of this category does. The number that decides the evaluation, though, is not the entry price. It is that Manatal lists no candidate sequencing in any plan, so the honest comparison for an agency that needs outreach is Recruit CRM Business at $135 against a Manatal tier that does not exist.
Manatal was read at manatal.com/pricing on September 21, 2026 and the prices are unchanged from our September 18 read. Recruit CRM's add-on prices were re-read the same day in a headless browser. Its three plan prices carry a September 17, 2026 read date, because Recruit CRM resolves plan pricing from the visitor's location and the figures a US buyer sees are not the ones this server sees. That turns out to be the most useful thing on the page, and it is covered below.
Manatal vs Recruit CRM pricing: the published numbers
Here is every figure both vendors publish, side by side, at annual and monthly billing.
| Tier | Manatal, annual | Manatal, monthly | Recruit CRM, annual (US) | Recruit CRM, monthly (US) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Entry | $15 Professional | $19 | $95 Pro | $109 |
| Middle | $35 Enterprise | $39 | $135 Business | $159 |
| Top published | $55 Enterprise Plus | $59 | $215 Enterprise | $259 |
| Above that | Custom, on demand | Custom | Nothing above Enterprise | Nothing above Enterprise |
| Plans with a price | 3 of 4 | 3 of 3 | ||
All figures are per user per month and in US dollars. Manatal's plan cards scope the tiers by capacity rather than by capability alone: Professional covers up to 15 jobs per account and up to 10,000 candidates with unlimited hiring managers, Enterprise removes both caps and adds workflow automations, and Enterprise Plus adds an advanced report builder, a large language model integration and user groups.
How much does Manatal cost compared to Recruit CRM for five recruiters?
At published annual rates, a five recruiter desk pays $900 a year on Manatal Professional, $2,100 on Manatal Enterprise and $3,300 on Manatal Enterprise Plus. The same desk pays $5,700 on Recruit CRM Pro, $8,100 on Recruit CRM Business and $12,900 on Recruit CRM Enterprise. The cheapest Recruit CRM plan costs more than the most expensive published Manatal plan, by $2,400 a year.
| Plan | Per user / month, annual | Five recruiters, year one | Candidate sequences? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Manatal Professional | $15 | $900 | Not listed |
| Manatal Enterprise | $35 | $2,100 | Not listed |
| Manatal Enterprise Plus | $55 | $3,300 | Not listed |
| Recruit CRM Pro | $95 | $5,700 | No |
| Recruit CRM Business | $135 | $8,100 | Yes, from this tier |
| Recruit CRM Enterprise | $215 | $12,900 | Yes, plus LinkedIn included |
The last column is the one to read first. Manatal's feature grid, all 111 rows of it, lists no sequencing, no mass emailing and no email automation in any tier, and its own trial FAQ confirms the 14 day free trial excludes mass emailing and email automations. Recruit CRM turns sequencing on from Business. So an agency whose actual problem is reaching candidates and clients is not choosing between $15 and $95. It is choosing between $135 and a product that does not do the job at any price.
What Recruit CRM charges on top: six published add-ons
Recruit CRM is unusual in this category because it publishes its add-on prices instead of bundling them into a quote. Read in a headless browser on September 21, 2026, the six are:
| Add-on | Published price, billed yearly | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Workflow Automation | $41 per month | 1,000 tasks per month, on top of 1,000 tasks per user included by default |
| Recruit Craft | $41 per month | Up to 5 jobs per month, unlimited on Enterprise |
| Advanced Analytics | $25 per user / month | Free for teams on the Enterprise plan |
| Job Multiposting and Advertising | $20 per month | Additional job campaigns beyond the included allowance |
| LinkedIn Messages Integration | $12 per user / month | Free for teams on the Enterprise plan |
| Data Enrichment | $250 per year | 3,000 credits, on top of 500 credits per user per month by default |
Stack the two that most agencies end up wanting onto the tier that can sequence and the real Recruit CRM seat rate is $135 plus $12 for LinkedIn messaging plus $25 for advanced analytics, which is $172 per user per month. Five recruiters at that configuration is $10,320 a year, not $8,100. Both of those add-ons come free on Enterprise at $215, which is the arithmetic the pricing page is quietly steering you toward: $215 flat beats $172 plus whatever else you add.
Manatal publishes no add-on prices because it has no add-ons. Capability moves between tiers instead. Whether that is simpler or just less granular depends on whether the one feature you need sits above the tier you wanted.
Recruit CRM prices by geography, and there is no currency switch
This is the finding that should change how you read any Recruit CRM comparison. Loading recruitcrm.io/pricing from a European connection on September 21, 2026 returns Pro at 49 euro, Business at 69 euro and Enterprise at 109 euro per user per month. Loading the same URL from a US connection on September 17, 2026 returned $95, $135 and $215.
At that week's rates the European Pro seat is roughly $53 against $95 for the identical plan in the United States. A US buyer pays close to twice what a European one does. We tried to override it four ways: raw HTML with a desktop user agent, a headless render, an explicit currency parameter and an explicit country parameter. The page resolves the price from the visitor's location every time and exposes no switch.
The practical consequence is narrow and worth knowing. If a comparison article quotes Recruit CRM in euro, or quotes a dollar figure near $50, it was not written for a US buyer and the number you will be charged is materially higher. Manatal, by contrast, publishes the same USD figures regardless of where you load the page, which makes it the easier of the two to price from a distance. The plan by plan US breakdown is on our Recruit CRM pricing page.
Does annual billing actually save 20 percent?
Not on either vendor, and the two miss in different directions. Manatal's monthly premium is a flat $4 per user on every tier, so the percentage saving falls as you climb: 21 percent at Professional, 10 percent at Enterprise, 7 percent at Enterprise Plus. Recruit CRM's premium is $14, $24 and $44, which works out to 12.8, 15.1 and 17.0 percent against a page that advertises saving up to 20 percent.
The word doing the work in both cases is "up to". If you are budgeting, calculate the saving on the tier you are actually buying rather than on the headline. On Manatal Enterprise Plus, committing twelve months up front to save 7 percent is a weaker trade than it sounds.
Which one should a staffing agency buy?
If the system of record is the whole requirement and the desk is small, Manatal is genuinely inexpensive and it publishes what it is. Three recruiters on Professional is $540 a year, which is less than most agencies spend on job board credits in a month. The caps are the thing to check: 15 jobs per account and 10,000 candidates go quickly on an active desk, and clearing them means Enterprise at $35.
If you need the CRM half to do client business development as well as candidate tracking, Recruit CRM Business at $135 is the cheaper of the two options that can send a sequence, and it publishes its add-on prices so you can model the real number before a sales call. It is also the only vendor in our nine vendor recruiting software pricing comparison that publishes a price for all three of its plans.
Migration is the cost neither page mentions. Moving between agency systems means candidate records, notes, resumes, email history and placement data, and in practice a chunk of that history never makes it into the new system cleanly. Agencies running a migration often end up keeping the old system readable for a year and leaning on a layer that can search across the old records, the shared drives and the inboxes at once rather than trusting the import to have caught everything. Budget for the overlap month either way.
Where the outreach budget belongs
Neither of these is an outreach tool, and treating one as though it is will cost you either capability or money. Manatal will not send sequences at all. Recruit CRM will, from $135 per seat, plus $12 if you want LinkedIn messaging on anything below Enterprise. On five seats, choosing Recruit CRM Business over Manatal Enterprise purely to unlock sequencing is a $6,000 a year decision.
The alternative most agencies land on is to keep the system of record cheap and buy the outreach separately, because outreach is metered on how many people you contact rather than on how many recruiters are logged in. Coldoutreach starts at $39 a month on annual billing for the whole workspace, researches each prospect before it writes the opener, and runs beside whichever ATS you keep. The recruitment outreach tool page covers how that works on a live desk, and outreach software for recruiting agencies covers the four agency models and what each one needs from sending. You can watch it write on a real prospect in the composer above before you pay anything.
Frequently asked questions
Is Manatal cheaper than Recruit CRM?
Yes, by a wide margin on published rates. Manatal is $15, $35 and $55 per user per month billed annually against Recruit CRM at $95, $135 and $215. The cheapest Recruit CRM plan costs more per seat than the most expensive published Manatal plan. The gap narrows in relevance if you need sequencing, because Manatal lists none in any tier.
Does Manatal have email sequences?
No plan lists candidate sequencing, mass emailing or email automation in Manatal's feature grid, read at manatal.com/pricing on September 21, 2026, and the vendor's trial FAQ states the 14 day free trial excludes mass emailing and email automations. Agencies that need outreach run it from a separate tool alongside Manatal.
How much is Recruit CRM per user?
For a US buyer, $95 per user per month for Pro, $135 for Business and $215 for Enterprise on annual billing, or $109, $159 and $259 month to month, read on September 17, 2026. European visitors are shown 49, 69 and 109 euro for the same plans, and the page offers no currency switch.
Which Recruit CRM plan includes LinkedIn messaging?
Enterprise at $215 per user per month includes it. Below that it is a published add-on at $12 per user per month billed yearly. Advanced Analytics follows the same pattern at $25 per user per month, free on Enterprise. Adding both to Business at $135 brings the effective seat rate to $172.
Do Manatal and Recruit CRM offer free trials?
Manatal publishes a 14 day free trial with no credit card required, and states that the trial excludes mass emailing and email automations. Its pricing page positions the trial as the way to test plan fit before committing, since jobs can be added to a plan later.
Which is better for a staffing agency, Manatal or Recruit CRM?
Manatal if you want a cheap, published, capacity-scoped system of record and will handle outreach elsewhere. Recruit CRM if you want client business development and candidate sequencing inside the same system and can absorb $135 to $215 per seat. At five recruiters that is $2,100 a year against $8,100, so the decision is worth modelling rather than assuming.
