Recruit CRM publishes three prices for US buyers: Pro at $95 per user per month billed annually or $109 monthly, Business at $135 annual or $159 monthly, and Enterprise at $215 annual or $259 monthly. Automated email sequencing sits in Business, not Pro, and LinkedIn messaging is either an Enterprise feature or a $12 per user add-on. Every figure here was read from Recruit CRM's own pricing page and the pricing feed behind it on September 17, 2026, from a US location, which matters more than usual for this vendor, because the page shows a different price list depending on where you are.
Those numbers are not what most articles ranking for "Recruit CRM pricing" print. The page-one consensus still says $85, $125 and $165 per user annual. All three are out of date, and the Enterprise gap is $50 a user a month. If you are budgeting from a comparison site, you are budgeting 10 to 30 percent low. The full Recruiterflow pricing and Loxo pricing reads sit beside this one, and the five-recruiter table further down puts all of them on one line.
How much does Recruit CRM cost?
Three plans, all three priced, which already makes Recruit CRM unusual in this category. Recruiterflow prices one of two plans, Loxo two of three, Crelate two of four and Bullhorn two of thirteen. Here is what the page lists for a US visitor, with the annual totals per user worked out.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Per user per year, annual | What the page scopes it as |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $109 per user / month | $95 per user / month | $1,140 | Chrome sourcing extension, AI resume parser, GPT integration, unlimited email templates, integrated mailbox, deal pipelines, phone calling and recording, reporting suite, unlimited open jobs, job board posting, AI sourcing. Enterprise features billed separately |
| Business | $159 per user / month | $135 per user / month | $1,620 | Everything in Pro plus automated email sequencing, bulk texting, executive search report generator, resume formatting, custom roles and teams, multiple hiring pipelines, IP whitelisting, audit logs, SSO, two email connections. Enterprise features billed separately |
| Enterprise | $259 per user / month | $215 per user / month | $2,580 | Everything in Business plus workflow automation, advanced analytics, LinkedIn messaging integration, data enrichment, calling and texting credits, Recruit Craft, job multiposting, direct apply support and a dedicated account manager, all included in one price |
Pro and Business end in self-serve buttons, "Start recruiting" and "Schedule your walkthrough". Enterprise ends in "Book a demo". There is a free trial, which the FAQ describes as hands-on access with usage limits that may apply, and the page states you can cancel at any time and export your data. We could find no seat minimum anywhere on the page, which is worth noting because Apollo and Regie.ai both hide one, and Crelate's ranking articles invent one that the vendor page does not have.
Which Recruit CRM plan includes email sequences?
Business. The Pro card lists an integrated mailbox and unlimited email templates, which means one-to-one email from inside the ATS, but "Automated email sequencing" appears for the first time on the Business card at $135 per user annual, alongside bulk texting. That is the plan a recruiting or staffing firm needs if the reason it is shopping is to run multi-step candidate or client follow-up from the system of record.
LinkedIn is a separate matter. "LinkedIn Messaging Integration", which lets you send and receive LinkedIn messages from inside Recruit CRM and see teammates' message histories, is listed on the Enterprise card and offered to Pro and Business as an add-on at $12 per user per month billed yearly. So the cheapest published configuration that sequences by email and also works LinkedIn conversations from the same screen is Business plus the LinkedIn add-on, which is $147 per user per month on annual billing.
That puts Recruit CRM in the same structural position as Recruiterflow rather than Bullhorn or Crelate. Recruiterflow lists multichannel sequences at $119 annual but keeps LinkedIn in its unpriced AIRA plan. Bullhorn publishes no price at all for any tier that contacts a candidate. Crelate lists sequences only in a quote-only tier. Recruit CRM is the third vendor we have read, after Recruiterflow and Loxo Professional, that lets you price email sequencing from its website, and the only one that also puts a published number on LinkedIn.
What does "Enterprise features are billed separately" mean?
Both the Pro and Business cards carry that footnote, and the page below the cards spells it out. Six capabilities are packaged as add-ons for Pro and Business customers and included by default on Enterprise. The add-on prices shown to a US visitor, all on yearly billing, are these.
| Add-on | Price on Pro or Business, billed yearly | Lowest tier shown | Included on Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Workflow Automation | $41 a month | 1,000 tasks a month, account-wide | 1,000 tasks per user per month |
| Job Multiposting and Advertising | $20 a month | 7 job campaigns a month | 10 jobs per user per month |
| Data Enrichment (phone and email) | $250 a year | 3,000 credits; 25 free credits on all plans | 500 credits per user per month |
| LinkedIn Messages Integration | $12 per user a month | Per user, billed on total users | Free |
| Advanced Analytics | $25 per user a month | Per user, billed on total users | Free |
| Recruit Craft (recruitment website builder) | $41 a month | Up to 5 jobs a month | Unlimited jobs |
Two of those are metered per user and four are metered per account, and the distinction changes the arithmetic. A five-recruiter desk on Business that wants LinkedIn messaging and analytics adds $37 per user, or $185 a month. The same desk adding workflow automation and job multiposting adds $61 a month total, regardless of headcount. A firm that fills mostly remote roles and already lists them on a remote jobs board alongside its own site may never need the multiposting add-on at all, while a firm that runs high-volume contract staffing will exhaust seven campaigns in the first week.
The Enterprise plan's pitch is that all six are inside the $215. For a desk that wants four or more of them per user, Enterprise stops being the expensive plan: Business at $135 plus LinkedIn at $12 plus analytics at $25 is $172 per user before the account-level add-ons, and Enterprise at $215 also carries the higher included allowances and an account manager. Below three add-ons, Business plus the specific add-on is cheaper. That crossover, not the headline price, is the real decision on this page.
Is the "Save up to 20%" claim real?
Up to, yes. Achieved, no. The billing toggle promises "Save up to 20%" on annual billing. Working the three plans from the US price list: Pro drops from $109 to $95, a 12.8 percent saving. Business drops from $159 to $135, 15.1 percent. Enterprise drops from $259 to $215, 17.0 percent. No plan reaches 20 percent, and the entry plan is nearest to 13. Over a year on a single Business seat the annual term saves $288, which is real money, but a buyer who budgeted the headline 20 percent will be about $94 a seat short.
Why do most articles say $85, $125 and $165?
Because that was a real price list at some point and nobody went back. The current page-one results for "Recruit CRM pricing" repeat Pro $85, Business $125 and Enterprise $165 per user on annual billing, and several add that monthly billing is "available at higher rates" without saying what they are. Against the live US page, every one of those figures is low: by $10, $10 and $50 respectively on annual billing, and the monthly rates are $109, $159 and $259.
Recruit CRM's page is also easy to misread by machine, which explains a second, older error. Its prices are loaded by script after the page renders, so a plain fetch of the HTML returns plan names and feature lists with no dollar figures at all. That is why some comparison pages, including until today a table on this site, recorded Recruit CRM as publishing no price. It publishes three. The lesson we keep relearning across this category is that a vendor page has to be read the way a browser reads it, and then read again for the footnotes.
Does Recruit CRM charge US buyers more than European buyers?
On September 17, 2026 the same pricing page served two different lists depending on the visitor's location, and the difference was not an exchange rate. Loaded from Warsaw, the page showed Pro at 49 euros, Business at 69 euros and Enterprise at 109 euros per user per month on annual billing, with monthly rates of 55, 85 and 135 euros. Loaded from Virginia, it showed $95, $135 and $215 annual and $109, $159 and $259 monthly. At any plausible exchange rate the US list is roughly 1.7 to 2 times the euro list for the same plan names and the same feature cards.
We are reporting what the page did on one day from two locations, not the vendor's pricing policy, which is not published. Regional pricing is common and legal, and the vendor's own page determines the list from where you load it, so a US firm cannot pick the lower list by toggling anything. The practical point for a US buyer is narrower: any Recruit CRM price you see quoted in euros, including on European review sites, is not the price you will pay, and the gap is larger than currency conversion explains.
Recruit CRM vs Recruiterflow vs Loxo vs Crelate vs Bullhorn for a five-recruiter desk
Five seats, year one, annual billing where it exists, no add-ons, no migration fee, each price read at the vendor's own page. The column that matters is whether the priced plan can run a candidate sequence.
| Vendor and plan | Five seats, year one | Sequences in this plan? | Cheapest published plan with sequences, five seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Recruit CRM Pro | $5,700 | No | $8,100 (Business) |
| Recruit CRM Business | $8,100 | Yes, email and text; LinkedIn $12 per user extra | |
| Recruit CRM Enterprise | $12,900 | Yes, including LinkedIn | |
| Recruiterflow Platform | $7,140 | Yes, email, calls and text | $7,140 |
| Loxo Core | $8,940 (paid up front) | No, Professional | $11,940 |
| Crelate Business | $7,140 | No, Business Plus | No published price |
| Bullhorn Starter | $5,940 (quote to buy) | No | No published price |
Read across the last column and the field narrows to three vendors that let a US agency price ATS plus CRM plus candidate sequencing from a website: Recruiterflow at $7,140, Recruit CRM at $8,100 and Loxo at $11,940. Recruiterflow stays the cheapest published bundle by $960 a year at five seats. Recruit CRM is the only one of the three that also publishes a LinkedIn number, and at $8,100 plus $720 for five LinkedIn add-ons, $8,820, it is still $3,120 under Loxo Professional. Both Recruit CRM and Recruiterflow cancel monthly if you take the monthly rate; Loxo Core is paid twelve months up front.
Does Recruit CRM have a free trial or a seat minimum?
Trial, yes. The FAQ describes hands-on access to the platform to test everyday use cases before choosing a plan, with the caveat that certain usage limits may apply during the trial. The page does not state the trial length or whether a card is required, so ask before you start. Seat minimum, none stated. Cancellation is described as any time, with self-serve export of your data.
Migration has two paths. Self-serve import of candidates, companies and notes from Excel or CSV is free. A paid migration by Recruit CRM's engineers is priced on the volume of data and takes 10 to 14 business days according to the page, which is faster than the six to eight weeks Recruiterflow describes for its white-glove migration and, like Recruiterflow's, unpriced until you ask.
Who Recruit CRM pricing makes sense for
A US search or staffing firm of two to twenty recruiters that wants ATS, CRM and email sequencing from one vendor, is willing to pay $135 a seat for it, and values being able to see every price before the sales call. On that last point Recruit CRM is the most transparent vendor we have read in this category: three of three plans priced, six add-ons priced, and the included allowances on Enterprise stated per user. The catch is that the transparent price is the US price, and it is higher than the euro-denominated figures circulating on review sites.
It makes less sense as a way to fix reply rates. Sequencing inside an ATS sends through your recruiters' own mailboxes, and the page says nothing about warmup, daily sending limits, or suppression across consultants working the same market. Those are what decide whether a candidate or a hiring manager answers, and the two email connections on Business are a hint that the platform expects one mailbox per recruiter rather than a sending pool. Our recruitment outreach tool runs candidate sequencing and client business development beside whichever ATS you keep, with the prospect research and warmed sending included at $39 a month per workspace. The wider field is compared at best outreach tool for recruiting agencies, and if the sourcing database is the gap rather than the ATS, SeekOut pricing and hireEZ pricing cover the two vendors that publish a number there.
The three numbers to take away
$135 is the Recruit CRM price that matters, because Business is the cheapest plan with sequencing, and it is $8,100 a year for five seats on annual billing. $12 per user is what LinkedIn messaging adds on Pro or Business, and it is the only published LinkedIn price among the agency ATS vendors we have read. And 17 percent is the largest saving the annual toggle actually delivers, on Enterprise, against a headline of "up to 20%". Everything else on the page follows from where you sit relative to those three.
