Warmup Inbox Pricing and Warmup Inbox Cost per Inbox by Plan and Volume
Warmup Inbox charges per inbox, and the per-inbox rate drops with every inbox you add up to 50. The pricing page only shows one number at a time on a slider, so we read the whole price table the page loads and wrote it out. Every figure below is from warmupinbox.com, read on October 24, 2026, or is plain arithmetic on those figures.

In one answer Warmup Inbox pricing starts at $15 per inbox a month on annual billing ($180 a year) for the Basic plan, or $19 on monthly billing. Pro is $49 per inbox a month annual or $59 monthly, and Max is $79 annual or $99 monthly. Those are list prices for one inbox. From the second inbox the rate drops on every inbox you hold: Basic falls to $12.50 per inbox at 10 inboxes and $7.50 at 50 on annual billing, so 10 inboxes cost $125 a month and 50 cost $375. Above 50 inboxes the price is quoted after a call. There is a 7-day trial of the full plan with no card, and a freemium tier that sends 15 warmup emails a week. For comparison, MailReach charges $20 to $25 per mailbox for 1 to 5 mailboxes, so Warmup Inbox Basic is the cheaper warmup line at every volume we checked. If your cold email software already warms every sending domain, a standalone warmup bill may be one you can drop: ColdOutreach includes warmup on every plan from $24 a month.
How much does Warmup Inbox cost?
Warmup Inbox sells three paid plans, Basic, Pro and Max, and prices all three per inbox. The pricing page opens on a slider set to one inbox, which is why most roundups quote $15 or $19 and stop there. That number is the list price for a single inbox. The page says so itself under the slider: "List price. Every inbox you add lowers the average."
On annual billing, one inbox costs $15 a month on Basic, $49 on Pro and $79 on Max, billed once a year as $180, $588 and $948. On monthly billing the same single inbox costs $19, $59 and $99. Once you move the slider past one, the per-inbox rate starts to fall, and it keeps falling up to 50 inboxes. Past 50 the page stops quoting and asks you to book a call.
The plans differ on daily warmup volume and on control. Basic sends up to 75 warmup messages a day per inbox and includes spam and category monitoring, a reputation check, dashboards, AI generated warmup content and the developer API. Pro raises the ceiling to 250 messages a day and adds your own templates, warmup topics, language warmup, custom settings, provider-specific warmup and scheduling. Max goes to 1,000 messages a day and adds premium support, a technical setup check and unlimited API use.
Basic: $15 per inbox a month annual, $19 monthly, 75 warmup messages a day
Pro: $49 per inbox a month annual, $59 monthly, 250 warmup messages a day
Max: $79 per inbox a month annual, $99 monthly, 1,000 warmup messages a day
More than 50 inboxes: custom quote after a call, with multi-client workspaces and consolidated billing
Freemium: unlimited inboxes, 15 warmup emails a week, receive-only from the network, basic reports
Trial: 7 days of the full plan you pick, no card required
Warmup Inbox volume pricing from 2 to 50 inboxes
The slider runs on a price table with 50 steps per plan and per billing term, shipped in the page as data. We read all 300 values. The rate falls smoothly rather than in bands: on Basic annual it is $14.40 per inbox at two inboxes, $14.15 at three, $14 at five, $12.50 at ten, $11 at fifteen, $9 at twenty-five and $7.50 at fifty. Because the discount applies to every inbox you hold, not only the new one, the total bill never drops when you add an inbox. We checked that for all six price rows and none of them dip.
The page states that below the sales cut-off the total is exactly the inbox count times the per-inbox rate, so the arithmetic in the table on this page is the arithmetic Warmup Inbox bills. A team running 10 inboxes on Basic pays $125 a month on annual billing ($1,500 a year) or $160 a month on monthly billing. At 25 inboxes it is $225 a month annual or $300 monthly. At 50 inboxes it is $375 a month annual or $475 monthly, which works out to half the single-inbox list price.
Pro and Max follow the same curve at a higher level. Ten inboxes on Pro cost $400 a month annual ($40 each) or $480 monthly. Ten on Max cost $650 a month annual ($65 each) or $820 monthly. At 50 inboxes Pro is $23.50 per inbox annual and Max is $38.
5 inboxes, Basic: $70 a month annual, $90 monthly
10 inboxes, Basic: $125 a month annual, $160 monthly
25 inboxes, Basic: $225 a month annual, $300 monthly
50 inboxes, Basic: $375 a month annual, $475 monthly
10 inboxes, Pro: $400 a month annual, $480 monthly
10 inboxes, Max: $650 a month annual, $820 monthly
Is Warmup Inbox annual billing really 20 percent off?
The FAQ on the pricing page says annual plans "save you 20% versus monthly." The prices on the cards do not match that exactly. At one inbox, Basic annual is $15 against $19 monthly, a saving of 21 percent. Pro is $49 against $59, a saving of 17 percent. Max is $79 against $99, a saving of 20 percent. At 50 inboxes the gaps are about the same: Basic $7.50 against $9.50, Pro $23.50 against $28.50, Max $38 against $47.50.
None of this is hidden, the numbers are all on the page, but it matters if you are budgeting Pro for a team. The real annual saving on Pro is closer to one sixth than one fifth. Annual plans bill once at signup for 12 months, and the page says you can switch back to monthly at the next renewal. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades at the next billing cycle, with proration handled automatically. Inboxes added mid-month are billed pro rata from the day you add them.
Warmup Inbox vs MailReach pricing
MailReach is the warmup tool buyers most often compare with Warmup Inbox, and it prices differently. Instead of a smooth curve it uses four bands. Monthly, MailReach charges $25 per mailbox for 1 to 5 mailboxes, $19.50 for 6 to 20, $18 for 21 to 50 and $16 for 51 to 100. Annually it is $20, $15.60, $14.40 and $12.80. Above 100 mailboxes it quotes. Every plan includes 20 spam test credits, and the plan card lists up to 100 warmup emails a day.
Band pricing creates a quirk worth knowing before you buy: at MailReach, more mailboxes can cost less in total. Five mailboxes are $125 a month on monthly billing, while six are $117. Twenty are $390 and twenty-one are $378. Fifty are $900 and fifty-one are $816. If you sit just under a band edge, adding one mailbox lowers the bill. Warmup Inbox does not have this effect because its discount is applied smoothly.
On price alone Warmup Inbox Basic is cheaper at every volume we checked: $125 against $195 at 10 inboxes on monthly billing, $375 against $720 at 50 on annual billing. The plans are not identical, though. MailReach includes spam tests and allows up to 100 warmup emails a day, while Warmup Inbox Basic stops at 75; the closest Warmup Inbox match on daily volume is Pro, which costs more than MailReach. When a standalone warmup tool is the right purchase
A separate warmup subscription makes sense in three situations. You send from a tool that has no warmup of its own, such as a plain SMTP sender or a CRM sequence tool. You are warming inboxes that are not used for cold email at all, for example a new domain for transactional or support mail. Or you run an agency with many client mailboxes across different senders and want one warmup bill with per-client workspaces, which is the case Warmup Inbox prices above 50 inboxes.
If you send cold email from a platform that already warms every connected inbox, the standalone tool is often a second bill for the same job. Instantly pricing includes unlimited warmup on its $47 Growth plan. ColdOutreach includes warmup on every plan, on every sending domain you add, from $24 a month on annual billing, and the bill does not grow with the number of warmup messages. At 10 inboxes, Warmup Inbox Basic alone costs $125 to $160 a month before you have sent a single prospecting email.
The honest test is to add up what you pay for sending, warmup, verification and research separately, then compare it with one tool that does all four. Our cold email infrastructure page lays out the unit costs per mailbox and per domain, and the ColdOutreach pricing page shows what each plan includes.
What the Warmup Inbox price does not include
Warmup Inbox sells reputation building, not outreach volume. The Basic plan card lists outreach sequences, but the core of what you pay for is warmup messages exchanged with its network, which the company describes as more than 30,000 real inboxes (its own claim). You still need the mailboxes themselves, which run about $7 to $8.40 a seat on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, the domains at $10 to $15 a year each, list verification, and the writing.
The reply-rate figures on the cards ("replies to your warm up emails of up to 25%", 45 percent on Pro, 50 percent on Max) describe replies inside the warmup network, not replies from prospects. They are a measure of how much engagement the tool simulates, and they say nothing about how your real campaigns will perform.

Common questions
The questions buyers actually ask before they switch.
How much does Warmup Inbox cost per month?
Warmup Inbox costs $15 per inbox a month on the Basic plan with annual billing, or $19 on monthly billing, for one inbox. Pro is $49 or $59 and Max is $79 or $99. The per-inbox rate falls as you add inboxes: 10 Basic inboxes cost $125 a month annual and 50 cost $375. Above 50 inboxes the price is quoted.
Is Warmup Inbox free?
Warmup Inbox has a freemium tier with unlimited inboxes, but it sends only 15 warmup emails a week and mostly receives from the network, so it is a test rather than a working warmup. Paid plans start at $15 per inbox a month annual. Every paid plan has a 7-day trial of the full plan with no card.
How much does Warmup Inbox cost for 10 inboxes?
Ten inboxes on Warmup Inbox Basic cost $125 a month on annual billing, which is $12.50 per inbox and $1,500 a year, or $160 a month on monthly billing. On Pro, 10 inboxes cost $400 a month annual or $480 monthly, and on Max $650 or $820.
Is Warmup Inbox cheaper than MailReach?
On list price, yes. At 10 inboxes Warmup Inbox Basic is $125 a month annual against $156 at MailReach, and at 50 inboxes it is $375 against $720. MailReach includes 20 spam test credits and up to 100 warmup emails a day, where Basic stops at 75, so compare the plans on volume as well as price.
Does Warmup Inbox offer agency pricing?
Yes. The discount starts at the second inbox and continues to 50 inboxes, and above 50 Warmup Inbox quotes a price after a call. The agency offer adds multi-client workspaces, consolidated billing, specialized and white-label reports, dedicated onboarding and recurring meetings.
Do I need a separate warmup tool if my cold email software includes warmup?
Usually not. If your sending platform already warms every connected inbox, a second warmup subscription mostly duplicates the job. A standalone tool earns its cost when your sender has no warmup, when you warm non-sales inboxes, or when an agency wants one warmup bill across many senders. ColdOutreach includes warmup on every plan from $24 a month.
Can I cancel Warmup Inbox anytime?
The pricing page says you can cancel anytime. Annual plans bill 12 months up front and can be switched to monthly at the next renewal. During the 7-day trial you can cancel without being charged, and inboxes you remove mid-cycle are credited to your next invoice.
