Saleshandy Pricing and Saleshandy Lead Finder Pricing for Every 2026 Plan
Saleshandy rebuilt its pricing in August 2026. Sending and the Lead Finder database now sit on one ladder of three plans, and most pages on Google still quote the retired $25 Starter and the separate Lead plans. Every figure below was read on Saleshandy's own pricing page and its machine-readable pricing file.

In one answer Saleshandy pricing starts at $34 a month billed yearly ($408 a year) or $41 month to month for Starter: 1 user, 2,000 active prospects, 6,000 emails a month and 1,500 Lead Finder credits. Pro is $76 a month yearly or $99 monthly for 10 users, 30,000 active prospects, 100,000 emails and 4,000 credits. Scale is $149 yearly or $189 monthly for unlimited users, 200,000 emails and 8,000 credits, plus whitelabel and SSO. Lead Finder is no longer sold as a separate plan: one credit reveals a verified email, six reveal a phone number, and annual billing deposits the whole year of credits upfront. Every plan includes unlimited mailboxes and warmup, with a 7-day trial capped at 100 emails. Prices exclude tax. Read at saleshandy.com on October 5, 2026.
How much does Saleshandy cost in 2026?
Saleshandy sells three plans. Starter is $34 a month when billed yearly, which is $408 charged once, or $41 if you pay month to month. Pro is $76 a month yearly ($912 a year) or $99 monthly. Scale is $149 a month yearly ($1,788 a year) or $189 monthly. Custom and enterprise plans go through sales. All prices exclude applicable taxes, which matters for US buyers in states that tax SaaS.
The annual discount is not the same on every tier, and that is worth knowing before you pick a billing term. Starter saves 17 percent on the yearly toggle ($34 against $41). Pro saves 23 percent ($76 against $99). Scale saves 21 percent ($149 against $189). If you were going to commit for a year anyway, the saving is best on Pro, which is also the plan Saleshandy marks as most popular.
The bigger change is structural. Until mid 2026 Saleshandy ran two ladders: Outreach plans for sending and Lead plans for its contact database, each bought separately. Saleshandy's pricing file now says plainly that Lead Finder "is not sold separately: every plan above includes a monthly credit allowance." So the question is no longer what outreach plus data costs. It is which of three bundles fits your list size and send volume.
Starter: $34 a month yearly or $41 monthly, 1 user, 2,000 active prospects, 6,000 emails, 1,500 credits
Pro: $76 a month yearly or $99 monthly, 10 users, 30,000 active prospects, 100,000 emails, 4,000 credits
Scale: $149 a month yearly or $189 monthly, unlimited users and active prospects, 200,000 emails, 8,000 credits

Saleshandy plans side by side
The table puts every published limit in one place. Two columns decide the plan for most teams: active prospects, which is how many contacts you can keep in live sequences at the same time, and emails per month across all your mailboxes. Stored prospects are unlimited on every plan, so the cap only bites on what is actively being sequenced.
How much is Saleshandy Lead Finder?
Lead Finder is included in the plan price, so its cost is whatever share of the subscription you assign to data. Starter carries 1,500 credits a month, Pro 4,000 and Scale 8,000. On annual billing the whole year lands upfront: 18,000 credits on Starter, 48,000 on Pro and 96,000 on Scale. That upfront deposit is useful for a team that builds one big list in the first month rather than trickling it out.
The credit rules are simple. One credit reveals a verified work email. A verified phone number costs 6 credits, and revealing a phone also returns the email, so the pair costs 7. Saleshandy says you pay nothing when the waterfall (eight providers, per the pricing page) fails to return a verified result, and email verification of the found address is included in that one credit.
Here is the arithmetic page one of Google skips. If you treat Starter purely as a data plan, $34 for 1,500 verified emails works out to about 2.3 cents an email. Pro at $76 for 4,000 is 1.9 cents, and Scale at $149 for 8,000 is 1.9 cents. Phone numbers at 6 credits cost six times that, roughly 11 to 14 cents each. Extra credit packs are sold as add-ons from 500 to 100,000 credits; Saleshandy lists those tiers on its pricing page rather than in its pricing file.
The older Lead Starter ($29), Lead Pro ($59), Lead Scale ($99) and Lead Scale Plus ($189) prices that review sites still print belong to the retired two-ladder model. If a comparison page quotes them, it was written before August 2026.
Does Saleshandy really include unlimited email accounts?
Yes for connecting and warming, with one limit most buyers miss. Every plan lets you connect unlimited sending mailboxes with no per-inbox fee and warm all of them at no extra cost. The detailed compare table, though, also lists how many accounts a single sequence can rotate sends across: 10 email accounts on Starter, 100 on Pro and 1,000 on Scale.
For a solo founder that cap never matters. For an agency running one big campaign across dozens of mailboxes, it is the line that pushes Starter out of contention before the email cap does. Count the mailboxes you plan to rotate per campaign, not the mailboxes you own.
Mailboxes themselves are not included. Saleshandy sells pre-configured sending infrastructure as a separate add-on subscription: $2.99 per mailbox a month on an annual fixed plan, $3.49 on the annual flexi plan (25 mailbox minimum, free mailbox replacement) or $3.99 quarterly, plus $14 a year per domain, with up to 5 mailboxes per domain and 3 recommended. Our cold email infrastructure cost breakdown shows how that compares with buying domains and Google Workspace seats yourself.
Which Saleshandy plan do agencies need?
Scale, in most cases, and not because of volume. Scale is the only plan with unlimited users, whitelabel for agencies and SSO, and it removes the active prospect cap (subject to a fair usage policy). An agency with four clients and two SDRs can live inside Pro's 10 seats and 30,000 active prospects on paper, but the moment clients want their own logins under the agency brand, the plan is Scale.
Seats are part of the plan, never billed per user. That makes Pro unusually cheap for a team: ten people on Pro at $76 a month yearly is $7.60 per user. Onboarding is self-serve on Starter and Pro; Scale adds a 1:1 setup meeting, and the page also describes a dedicated expert option for deliverability and strategy.
What the Saleshandy price does not include
Four things sit outside the subscription. Sending infrastructure, covered above. Extra Lead Finder credit packs. AI credits beyond the one-time allowance (100 on Starter, 500 on Pro, 1,000 on Scale) that power the AI Sequence Copilot and AI column enrichment. And email verification credits beyond the one-time 500, 1,000 or 5,000, for lists you bring from elsewhere. Dialer credits are a further add-on if you use the calling step.
The trial is short. Saleshandy gives 7 days on paid plans with no credit card, but trial sending is capped at 100 emails, which is enough to test the editor and the inbox, not to judge reply rates. Plan to judge deliverability in the first paid month, not the trial.
Is Saleshandy worth it?
On cost per send, yes, and it is hard to beat. Pro sends up to 100,000 emails a month for $76 on annual billing, under a tenth of a cent per email, with 4,000 verified contacts and ten seats included. For a team whose bottleneck is volume and data on a budget, Saleshandy is one of the strongest values in the category, and we say so on our Saleshandy alternative page as well.
Where it is weaker is the message. Saleshandy can generate a sequence, write variants and run AI column enrichment on a one-time allowance of 100 to 1,000 AI credits, but the default campaign is one template for the whole list, and any per-prospect research is a workflow you build and pay credits for. In 2026 a broad template sent at volume replies around 1 percent. A researched opener on a targeted list does several times better. If your list is finite (a few hundred accounts that matter), the cost that never appears on the pricing page is the replies a generic email leaves on the table.
Saleshandy vs Instantly on price
At the entry level the two land close together: Saleshandy Starter is $34 yearly or $41 monthly with data included, while Instantly Growth is $37.60 yearly or $47 monthly for sending alone, and Instantly sells its lead database as a separate credits plan from another $47 a month. Instantly includes unlimited accounts and warmup at the bottom tier too, and lists no per-campaign rotation cap on its pricing page. We worked through the full matchup, including the agency math, in Instantly vs Saleshandy pricing, and the Instantly side alone is on our Instantly pricing page.
Paying for researched emails instead of volume
ColdOutreach prices the researched email rather than the send. The AI reads each prospect's website, LinkedIn and recent company news, then drafts a short sequence that references something specific to that company, and the sequence stops the moment someone replies. Starter is $24 a month on annual billing (half the $49 monthly price) for 1,000 AI-personalized emails a month, with warmup, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks and per-domain throttles included. Growth is $49 a month annual for 5,000 emails with 3 seats and 3 sending domains.
That makes ColdOutreach more expensive than Saleshandy per email and cheaper per meeting for teams selling a considered product to a defined list. Common questions
The questions buyers actually ask before they switch.
How much does Saleshandy cost?
Saleshandy costs $34 a month billed yearly or $41 month to month on Starter, $76 or $99 on Pro, and $149 or $189 on Scale, read at saleshandy.com on October 5, 2026. Every plan includes Lead Finder credits (1,500, 4,000 or 8,000 a month), unlimited mailboxes and warmup. Prices exclude tax, and custom plans are quoted by sales.
Does Saleshandy have a free plan?
No. Saleshandy offers a 7-day free trial on its paid plans with no credit card required, but trial sending is capped at 100 emails. After the trial the cheapest option is Starter at $34 a month on annual billing or $41 month to month, so budget for a paid month before judging deliverability and reply rates.
Is Saleshandy Lead Finder included in the price?
Yes. Since Saleshandy's August 2026 pricing update, Lead Finder is not sold separately. Starter includes 1,500 credits a month, Pro 4,000 and Scale 8,000, and annual billing deposits the full year upfront. One credit reveals a verified email, a phone number costs 6 credits, and you are not charged when no verified result comes back.
Is Saleshandy cheaper than Instantly?
For a team that needs both sending and contact data, usually yes. Saleshandy Starter is $34 a month yearly with 1,500 Lead Finder credits included, while Instantly charges $37.60 yearly for Growth sending and sells its lead database as a separate credits plan from $47 a month. For sending only with many mailboxes, the two are within a few dollars.
How many users does each Saleshandy plan include?
Starter includes 1 user, Pro includes 10 and Scale has no seat limit. Saleshandy does not bill per user, so seats come with the plan. That makes Pro inexpensive for a small team, about $7.60 per user a month at ten users on annual billing, while agencies that need whitelabel and SSO need Scale.
Is Saleshandy worth it for a small team?
Saleshandy is worth it when volume and cheap verified data are the constraint: Pro sends up to 100,000 emails a month with ten seats for $76 on annual billing. It is a weaker fit when reply rate on a short, high-value list is the constraint, because its default campaign is one template for the whole list rather than a researched opener per prospect. ColdOutreach covers that case from $24 a month annual.
