Saleshandy is cheaper than Instantly for most teams that need both sending and contact data, and the two are close for sending alone. Saleshandy charges $34, $76 or $149 a month on annual billing ($41, $99 or $189 monthly) with Lead Finder credits included in every plan. Instantly charges $37.60, $77.60 or $286.30 a month on annual billing ($47, $97 or $358 monthly) for sending, and sells its 450M-contact lead database as a separate credits plan from $47 a month. The gap widens at agency volume: 200,000 emails a month costs $149 on Saleshandy Scale and $286.30 on Instantly Light Speed, both billed yearly.

Both pricing pages were read at source on October 5, 2026: instantly.ai/pricing, and saleshandy.com/pricing together with the machine-readable pricing file Saleshandy publishes (last updated by Saleshandy on August 18, 2026). All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Where we compute something, such as a cost per contact or a team scenario, the arithmetic is shown so you can check it.

Is Saleshandy cheaper than Instantly?

Yes, once you need contact data, and roughly even when you do not. On sending alone the entry plans are $34 against $37.60 a month on annual billing, and the middle plans are $76 against $77.60. That is a rounding difference. The split comes from the database. Saleshandy folds 1,500 to 8,000 verified-email credits into the plan price. Instantly sells credits as a second subscription, so a team that wants both sending and data on Instantly pays two plans or buys a bundle.

The cleanest comparison is the bundle against the plan. Instantly's Starter bundle is $94 a month for 5,000 emails, 1,000 uploaded contacts and 1,500 credits. Saleshandy Starter is $41 month to month for 6,000 emails, 2,000 active prospects and the same 1,500 credits. On those published limits Saleshandy is less than half the price for slightly more of everything, before you count Instantly's AI Sales Agent, which the Instantly bundle includes and Saleshandy does not sell under that name.

Instantly vs Saleshandy for a solo founder

Take a founder emailing their own list of 1,500 accounts with a three-step sequence, about 4,500 emails a month. Saleshandy Starter covers it at $34 a month yearly: the 6,000 email cap and 2,000 active prospect cap both fit. Instantly Growth looks like a fit at $37.60, but its 1,000 uploaded contact limit does not hold 1,500 contacts, so the honest Instantly price for this founder is Hypergrowth at $77.60 a month yearly. The contact meter, not the email meter, decides the plan.

If the founder also needs to find contacts, Saleshandy stays at $34 because 1,500 credits are included. On Instantly the same founder adds the Growth credits plan, $37.60 yearly or $47 monthly, on top of the sending plan.

Instantly vs Saleshandy for a five person sales team

A five rep team working 20,000 contacts at around 60,000 emails a month lands on the middle tier of both. Saleshandy Pro is $76 a month yearly with 10 seats, 30,000 active prospects, 100,000 emails and 4,000 credits. Instantly Hypergrowth is $77.60 a month yearly with 25,000 uploaded contacts and 100,000 emails on the yearly card. For sending, it is a tie.

Add data and it stops being one. 4,000 credits ride along with Saleshandy Pro. On Instantly the Supersonic credits plan (5,000 to 7,500 credits) is $87.30 a month yearly, which takes the Instantly side to $164.90 a month against $76. Teams that buy contacts from elsewhere, or only email existing customers and inbound leads, can ignore this line; for everyone else it is the line that matters. If you want the full cost of a stack this size, including mailboxes and data, our outbound sales tech stack cost breakdown runs the numbers for a five person team.

Instantly vs Saleshandy for agencies

Agencies are where page one of Google gets the numbers wrong in both directions. At 200,000 emails a month, Saleshandy Scale costs $149 a month yearly or $189 monthly, with unlimited users, whitelabel, SSO and 8,000 credits. Instantly's Hypergrowth caps at 100,000 to 125,000 emails, so 200,000 sends means Light Speed at $286.30 yearly or $358 monthly, or the Agency bundle at $500 yearly or $555 monthly once you want credits and AI agents included.

Above 200,000 the order flips. Saleshandy's published ladder stops at 200,000 emails and anything bigger goes to a custom quote, while Instantly Light Speed covers 500,000 emails at a printed price. A high-volume agency sending 400,000 emails a month can buy Instantly off the page and has to call Saleshandy.

One figure to treat with care: several comparison pages claim an eight client agency pays about $620 a month on Instantly against $69 on Saleshandy. Neither number appears on either vendor's pricing page. Instantly's page publishes no per-client or per-workspace price, and Saleshandy no longer sells a $69 plan; that figure belongs to its retired Outreach Pro tier. If client separation drives your decision, get Instantly's workspace terms in writing before you sign.

Agencies also live or die on what happens after the reply. A prospect who answers and clicks through to a client page that does not convert is budget burned on both tools, so a quick conversion rate audit of the page your emails link to often moves the client's numbers more than switching sending platforms.

Why the Instantly vs Saleshandy prices on Google are out of date

Saleshandy rebuilt its pricing in August 2026, and most comparison pages were written before that. They still list four Outreach tiers at $25, $69, $139 and a custom Scale Plus, plus a separate Lead ladder at $29, $59, $99 and $189. None of those exist on saleshandy.com today. The current ladder is three plans, and the database is inside them. Any Instantly vs Saleshandy page that quotes a $25 Saleshandy price is comparing against a product you cannot buy.

Instantly has its own wrinkle. On its yearly toggle the Hypergrowth card lists 100,000 emails a month, while the monthly card lists 125,000 for the same plan. If the extra 25,000 sends matter, confirm which one applies to the term you are buying. The Instantly side is covered plan by plan on our Instantly pricing page, and every Saleshandy limit, including the rotation cap and the mailbox add-on at $2.99 to $3.99 a month, is on our Saleshandy pricing page.

What neither Instantly nor Saleshandy prices in

Both tools price the send. Neither prices the reason someone replies. Both can write copy with AI, and both offer some research on credits: Instantly's credits plans include a web researcher agent and an AI email writer, and Saleshandy includes AI column enrichment on a one-time allowance of 100 to 1,000 AI credits. In both cases you design the prompts, spend the credits and check the output yourself, and the default campaign is still one template for the whole list. On a broad list in 2026 that replies around 1 percent. A researched opener on a targeted list does several times better, which is why a finite list of a few hundred accounts is usually better served by fewer, better emails than by more sending capacity.

That is what ColdOutreach is for. It researches each prospect, writes a short sequence in your voice and stops the moment someone replies. Starter is $24 a month on annual billing for 1,000 researched emails, with warmup and SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks included; Growth is $49 a month annual for 5,000 emails and three seats. It costs more per email than either tool above and tends to cost less per meeting when the list is small and the deal is worth a real conversation. Try the composer at the top of this page on one real prospect, and if you are still comparing tools, our Instantly alternative and Saleshandy alternative pages set each one against the researched approach.

ColdOutreach researches every prospect, writes the sequence and keeps your domain safe. Try the cold email software yourself: pick a persona on the homepage and watch it draft your sequence, no account needed.
