In one answer Reply.io pricing starts at $49 per user per month for Email Volume billed annually ($59 month to month) with 1,000 active contacts, and $89 per user per month for Multichannel billed annually ($99 monthly), which includes LinkedIn, calls and SMS. From 10,000 active contacts Email Volume switches to a flat price with unlimited users: $159, $259, $459 and $899 a month for 10,000 to 100,000 contacts on annual billing. The Jason AI SDR is a separate plan from $500 a month annual or $800 monthly, and Agency Core starts at $210 a month. LinkedIn is a $69 a month add-on per account and calls and SMS $29 on Email Volume. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial, and new customers switching from another tool get a coupon worth 30 percent off annual or 10 percent off monthly plans. Prices read at reply.io/pricing on October 14, 2026.
How much does Reply.io cost per month?
Reply.io costs $49 per user per month on its cheapest plan, Email Volume with 1,000 active contacts, when you pay for a year. Paid month to month the same plan is $59. Multichannel, the plan that adds LinkedIn, calls and SMS to email, is $89 per user per month on annual billing and $99 monthly. The Jason AI SDR starts at $500 a month and is sold as its own product.
An active contact is a person who receives the first step of a sequence in a given month. Follow-ups to that person are unlimited and do not count again, which is why Reply.io prices on contacts rather than emails sent. Email Volume climbs in steps of contacts. Up to 5,000 contacts the price is per user; from 10,000 contacts it becomes one price for the whole team with unlimited users.
Above 100,000 active contacts (the 200,000, 300,000 and 500,000 steps on the slider) the page says contact sales. Every published figure is in US dollars, and onboarding with a customer success manager is listed as included on annual plans.
Email Volume, per user: 1,000 contacts $49 annual or $59 monthly, 2,000 $59 or $69, 3,000 $69 or $79, 5,000 $89 or $99
Email Volume, unlimited users: 10,000 contacts $159 or $179, 25,000 $259 or $299, 50,000 $459 or $499, 100,000 $899 or $999
Multichannel: $89 per user annual or $99 monthly, unlimited active contacts, LinkedIn and calls included
Jason AI SDR: from $500 a month annual or $800 monthly
Agency Core: from $210 a month, annual billing
Is Reply.io priced per user?
Partly, and the switch point matters more than any headline number. Multichannel is always per user. Email Volume is per user on the four smallest contact steps and then turns into a flat team price. That creates a break-even that most comparison pages miss.
Take annual billing. Three users on the 1,000 contact step cost $147 a month. A fourth user takes it to $196, which is $37 more than the 10,000 contact plan at $159, and that plan covers unlimited users and ten times the contacts of a single seat. On the 5,000 contact step the switch comes even sooner: two users cost $178 against the same $159. Month to month the numbers move but the pattern holds. Four users at $59 are $236 against $179 for the flat plan, and two users at $99 are $198.
So if you have four or more people sending, or two people who each need 5,000 contacts, price the 10,000 contact plan before you price seats. Reply.io's slider defaults to that step for a reason.
Annual, 1,000 contact step: 3 users $147, 4 users $196, flat 10,000 plan $159
Annual, 5,000 contact step: 1 user $89, 2 users $178, flat 10,000 plan $159
Monthly, 1,000 contact step: 3 users $177, 4 users $236, flat 10,000 plan $179
Cost per active contact on the flat plans, annual: 1.6 cents at 10,000, 1.0 cent at 25,000, 0.9 cents at 50,000 and 100,000
Email Volume or Multichannel for one rep who needs LinkedIn?
Buy Multichannel. This is the cheapest mistake to avoid on the whole page. Email Volume does not include LinkedIn or calls, so one rep who adds both pays $49 plus $69 for a LinkedIn account plus $29 for calls and SMS, which is $147 a month on annual billing and $157 month to month. Multichannel includes both channels for $89 annual or $99 monthly. The difference is $58 a month, or $696 a year, for the same rep.
Multichannel also lifts the contact cap: it lists unlimited active contacts, where the per-user Email Volume steps stop at 5,000. What it caps instead is mailboxes. The annual Multichannel card lists 10 mailboxes and the monthly card lists 5, and the comparison table further down the same page says 5 mailboxes per user. Extra mailboxes on Multichannel cost $29 a month each. Email Volume, by contrast, advertises unlimited mailboxes under a fair usage policy that ties the number you get to your contact limit and sending activity.
If the rep only sends email, stay on Email Volume. If they send email and touch LinkedIn even occasionally, Multichannel is cheaper from the first month.
What do Reply.io add-ons cost?
Reply.io lists six add-ons, and they are where most real bills grow. LinkedIn automation is $69 a month per LinkedIn account and calls and SMS are $29 a month per account on Email Volume and Agency Core; both come included on Multichannel. Email Volume and Multichannel each include 50 live data credits a month for looking up contacts in Reply.io's B2B database, and more credits are sold as a monthly package.
Email validation is sold separately too, from $20 a month for 5,000 checks. If you want Reply.io to buy and set up sending domains for you, a fresh domain starts at $6 a year on the pricing page with mailboxes at $5 a month each, up to five per domain. A pre-warmed package is $25 per domain a year plus $15 per mailbox a month, sold as one domain with three mailboxes already warmed for at least three weeks.
LinkedIn automation: $69 a month per account (included on Multichannel)
Calls and SMS: $29 a month per account (included on Multichannel)
Live data credits: 200 for $39, 500 for $69, 1,000 for $119, 2,500 for $219, 6,000 for $399, 10,000 for $599 a month
Email validation: 5,000 for $20, 25,000 for $75, 50,000 for $125, 100,000 for $200, 300,000 for $600 a month
Extra mailboxes on Multichannel: $29 a month each
Domains through Reply: fresh from $6 a year plus $5 per mailbox a month; pre-warmed $25 a year plus $15 per mailbox a month, three mailboxes
How much does Reply.io AI SDR cost?
Jason, Reply.io's AI SDR, starts at $500 a month on annual billing for 1,000 active contacts and two LinkedIn accounts. The Starter steps are $500, $800 and $1,000 a month for 1,000, 2,000 and 3,000 contacts. Growth is $1,500 for 5,000 contacts and ten LinkedIn accounts, or $3,000 for 10,000 contacts and 25 accounts. Enterprise, at 25,000 and 50,000 contacts, is quoted by sales.
Month to month the same steps cost $800, $1,200, $1,500, $2,500 and $5,000. The page advertises annual savings of up to 50 percent on this tab, but the published tiers do not reach that: the gap is 37.5 percent on the first step, 33 percent on the second and third, and 40 percent on both Growth steps. Budget on 40 percent at most.
Per active contact, Jason costs 50 cents at 1,000 contacts and 30 cents at 5,000 or 10,000 on annual billing. That is roughly 20 to 35 times the per-contact cost of the flat Email Volume plans, which is the price of handing the research, writing and reply handling to an agent instead of a person.
Reply.io pricing for agencies
Agency Core starts at $210 a month on annual billing and gives an agency multiple client workspaces under one account, unlimited clients and users, unlimited mailboxes and warmup, an agency dashboard, role-based access and white label as an option. LinkedIn stays an add-on at $69 per LinkedIn account. One detail to query with sales: the feature comparison table on the same page lists Agency from $166, not $210.
Agency AI SDR runs Jason for each client and starts at $500 a month per client, so ten clients start at $5,000 a month before any extra contacts. A Hybrid plan that mixes standard sequences with AI SDR campaigns has no published price.
Does Reply.io have startup pricing or a discount?
Reply.io runs a Reply for Startups page, but it publishes no startup price and no discount percentage on it. The page lists the same product (unlimited mailboxes and warmup, real-time data, AI personalization, the 14-day trial) with an apply button, so any startup terms come from a conversation with sales.
The discounts Reply.io does publish are concrete. Annual billing saves up to 17 percent on Email Volume, and the saving shrinks as contacts grow: 17 percent at 1,000 contacts, 11 percent at 10,000 and 10 percent at 100,000. A switch coupon on the migration page gives new customers coming from tools like Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, Smartlead, Outreach, Salesloft or Mixmax 30 percent off annual Email Volume and Multichannel plans, or 10 percent off monthly plans for up to a year. Existing customers are excluded.
Reply.io also runs time-limited promo codes. In mid October 2026 the pricing page carried a countdown for 15 percent off annual Multichannel and annual Jason plans. Codes like that change every few weeks, so treat any code you find as a bonus, not a budget line. Applied to one Multichannel seat, the 30 percent switch coupon turns $89 into about $62 a month, or $748 for the year.
Reply.io year-one cost next to the alternatives
The fair comparison is a specific team, not a starting price. Below is the year-one cost for three reps reaching about 3,000 new prospects a month, on annual billing, using each vendor's own published prices. Reply.io comes out among the most expensive options for email alone and is competitive only once LinkedIn and calls matter, because Multichannel bundles them.
Two things are not equal across the rows and you should weigh them. Reply.io, Lemlist Multichannel and ColdOutreach Growth include LinkedIn steps; Instantly and Smartlead are email only. And only ColdOutreach researches each prospect and writes the opener as part of the price; on the other tools that work is yours or costs extra AI credits.
Reply.io Multichannel, 3 users at $89: $267 a month, $3,204 a year, LinkedIn and calls included
Reply.io Email Volume, flat 10,000 plan at $159 plus 3 LinkedIn accounts at $69: $366 a month, $4,392 a year
Reply.io Email Volume, flat 10,000 plan, email only: $159 a month, $1,908 a year
Lemlist Multichannel, 3 users at $87: $3,132 a year (read October 7, 2026)
Smartlead Pro at $78.30, email only: $939.60 a year
Instantly Hypergrowth at $77.60, email only: $931.20 a year
ColdOutreach Growth at $49, 3 seats, 5,000 researched prospects, LinkedIn steps: $588 a year
Four Reply.io pricing claims on page one that are wrong
Several pages that rank for Reply.io pricing put the AI SDR at $259 a month. No Jason tier on Reply.io's pricing page is that low. The cheapest is $500 a month on annual billing, and $800 month to month.
Others describe a free plan with 200 emails a month. The pricing page has no free plan. The Email Volume button says sign up for free, and it opens the 14-day trial that the FAQ describes.
A third claim lists Email Volume as unlimited for $166. The unlimited-users Email Volume steps start at $159 a month annual or $179 monthly for 10,000 active contacts. The $166 figure is the Agency price in Reply.io's own comparison table.
A fourth says LinkedIn, calls and SMS are billed on top of Multichannel. On the Multichannel card both channels are listed as part of the plan. They are add-ons only on Email Volume and Agency Core. Each of these errors moves a buyer's budget by $50 to $250 a month, which is why we read the vendor's page, its price list file and its migration page directly.
Is Reply.io worth the money?
For a team that genuinely works four channels, yes. Multichannel at $89 a user with LinkedIn, calls, SMS, WhatsApp tasks, CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive, and a built-in contact database is fair value, and the 14-day trial includes the database and the API. Reply.io is also one of the few tools in this list with an autonomous agent you can buy off the page.
For a team that mostly sends email, it is expensive. A flat 10,000 contact plan at $159 is about twice what Instantly Hypergrowth or Smartlead Pro charge for more sending volume, and the 50 included data credits a month will not build a list on their own. Teams in that position usually compare Instantly pricing, Smartlead pricing and Lemlist pricing, or read our Reply.io alternative comparison feature by feature.
What the Reply.io price does not buy
An active contact pays for a send and its follow-ups. It does not pay for a reason to reply. Reply.io's AI variables fill parts of an email from your prompts, and Jason will research and write, but at 30 to 50 cents a contact. On the seat plans, the research that makes a cold email worth answering is still somebody's afternoon.
ColdOutreach prices that step directly. Starter is $24 a month billed yearly ($49 monthly) for 1,000 researched prospects, Growth $49 yearly for 5,000 with three seats and LinkedIn steps, and Scale $124 for 25,000. Each prospect is read from their company site and public signals, gets an opener and angle written for them, and counts once however many follow-ups the sequence has, the same way Reply.io counts an active contact. Try the composer at the top of this page on one of your own prospects, then see pricing.

Common questions
The questions buyers actually ask before they switch.
How much does Reply.io cost?
Reply.io costs from $49 per user a month for Email Volume billed annually, or $59 month to month, and $89 per user a month for Multichannel billed annually, or $99 monthly. The Jason AI SDR starts at $500 a month annual and Agency Core at $210 a month. Prices read at reply.io/pricing on October 14, 2026.
Does Reply.io have a free plan?
No. Reply.io has no free plan on its pricing page. It offers a 14-day free trial that includes the B2B database and email finder extension, multichannel sequences, reports, the API and CRM integrations, and the AI writing features.
Is there Reply.io startup pricing?
Reply.io has a Reply for Startups page with an apply button, but it publishes no startup price or discount there, so the terms come from sales. The published discounts are annual billing (up to 17 percent on Email Volume) and the switch coupon for new customers: 30 percent off annual or 10 percent off monthly plans.
Does Reply.io offer a discount?
Yes. New customers moving from another outreach tool get 30 percent off annual Email Volume and Multichannel plans or 10 percent off monthly plans for up to a year through the coupon on Reply.io's migration page. Annual billing on its own saves 10 to 17 percent on Email Volume, and seasonal promo codes appear on the pricing page.
How much is Reply.io per user?
Email Volume costs $49 to $89 per user a month on annual billing for 1,000 to 5,000 active contacts, and Multichannel costs $89 per user. From 10,000 active contacts Email Volume becomes a flat price with unlimited users, starting at $159 a month, which is cheaper than four seats on the smallest step.
How much does Reply.io LinkedIn automation cost?
LinkedIn automation is $69 a month per LinkedIn account on the Email Volume and Agency Core plans. It is included in Multichannel at $89 per user a month annual, so a single rep who needs LinkedIn pays less on Multichannel than on Email Volume plus the add-on.
How much does Jason AI SDR cost?
Jason AI SDR costs $500, $800 or $1,000 a month on annual billing for 1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 active contacts, and $1,500 or $3,000 for 5,000 or 10,000. Month to month the same steps are $800 to $5,000. Enterprise volumes of 25,000 and 50,000 contacts are quoted by sales.
What is a cheaper alternative to Reply.io?
For email only, Instantly and Smartlead start around $38 to $78 a month on annual billing for sending volume that Reply.io charges $159 for. For researched, personalized outreach with LinkedIn steps, ColdOutreach Growth is $49 a month billed yearly for three seats and 5,000 researched prospects.
