CIENCE pricing is now published in layers: a campaign team at $2,000 a month, the graph8 platform at $499 a month, and each SDR at $1,750 a month offshore, $2,500 in Europe or $4,500 in the United States, plus a performance bonus and a one-time setup fee. One offshore SDR therefore costs $4,249 a month before bonus, one US SDR $6,999, and five offshore SDRs $11,249, which is CIENCE's own worked example. Contracts run month to month.
We read cience.com/pricing on October 15, 2026. Every dollar figure below is from that page, and every total is our arithmetic on it. Where the page leaves something undefined (the setup price and one term in the bonus formula), we say so rather than fill the gap with a guess.
How much does CIENCE cost per month?
CIENCE charges three things every month and one thing once. The campaign team ($2,000) runs and adjusts the campaigns, reviews the SDRs' work and reports held meetings. The graph8 platform ($499) is the system the SDRs work in, with contact data, email, calls and workflows and 75,000 credits a month included. Both are flat fees whether you run one SDR or ten. On top sit the SDRs themselves, priced per person per month by region, and a setup fee paid once before the first email or call.
| Line item | Published price | How it is billed |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign team | $2,000 a month | Flat, any number of SDRs |
| graph8 platform | $499 a month, 75,000 credits | Flat, any number of SDRs |
| Offshore SDR | From $1,750 | Per SDR, per month, English-speaking, outside the US and Europe |
| Europe SDR | From $2,500 | Per SDR, per month |
| US SDR | From $4,500 | Per SDR, per month |
| Performance bonus | Formula, see below | Per SDR, only above 60 percent of the held-meeting target |
| Setup | Not priced on the page | One time, live in less than 14 days |
Setup covers a built and verified target list, four campaigns (buyer intent, best-fit accounts, website visitors and competitor customers), email, phone and LinkedIn infrastructure, and AI research and drafting configured for your SDRs. Ask for the setup number in writing on the first call, because it is the one line you cannot calculate from the page.
How much does one CIENCE SDR cost?
Add the two flat layers to one rep. One offshore SDR is $2,000 plus $499 plus $1,750, or $4,249 a month. One European SDR is $4,999. One US SDR is $6,999. Over a year at list, before bonus and setup, that is $50,988, $59,988 and $83,988.
For comparison, a fully loaded in-house US SDR runs about $7,400 to $10,200 a month once salary, payroll tax, benefits, tools and ramp are counted. A single US-based CIENCE rep at $6,999 sits just under that range before the bonus, so the case for CIENCE at one seat is speed and management, not price. The case gets stronger with more seats.
What do five CIENCE SDRs cost?
CIENCE's own example is five offshore SDRs: $2,000 plus $499 plus five times $1,750, which is $11,249 a month plus bonus. The same arithmetic gives $14,999 for five European SDRs and $24,999 for five in the US.
The flat layers are why the model rewards scale. With one offshore SDR, the $2,499 of campaign team and platform is 59 percent of the bill and the effective cost is $4,249 per rep. With five, the same $2,499 is 22 percent and the effective cost falls to $2,250 per rep. If you are pricing CIENCE against an agency that charges a flat fee per rep, run the comparison at the team size you actually plan to buy, because the answer flips between one seat and five.
| Team | Offshore | Europe | United States |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 SDR | $4,249 | $4,999 | $6,999 |
| 2 SDRs | $5,999 | $7,499 | $11,499 |
| 5 SDRs | $11,249 | $14,999 | $24,999 |
| Effective per SDR at 5 | $2,250 | $3,000 | $5,000 |
All figures are monthly, at the published "starting at" SDR rates, before bonus and setup.
How does the CIENCE performance bonus work?
Each SDR has a monthly target for held meetings and is measured against their own target. Below 60 percent of target there is no bonus. From 60 to 99 percent the bonus is base times percent of target times 0.35. At 100 percent and above it is base times percent of target times 0.7. The page does not define "base". If it means the SDR's monthly rate, which is the natural reading, a US SDR at $4,500 who hits 80 percent earns a bonus of $1,260, and one who hits exactly 100 percent earns $3,150.
Notice the step at the target. Under that reading, the same US SDR at 99 percent earns about $1,559, and one more held meeting doubles it to $3,150. That is a strong incentive to hit the number, and it is also where you want a tight, written definition of a held meeting, because the definition decides which side of the step the month lands on. An offshore SDR at $1,750 who hits 100 percent would add $1,225, taking a one-SDR offshore month from $4,249 to $5,474.
Is CIENCE cheaper than SalesHive?
At one offshore rep the base prices are close and the extras decide it. SalesHive publishes one figure, $4,500 a month for a dedicated Philippines SDR on phone outreach, with no setup fee and no bonus. CIENCE is $4,249 a month for one offshore SDR before a bonus and a setup fee. If the CIENCE rep hits target, the month costs more than SalesHive. If they land under 60 percent, it costs less, and you have bigger problems than the invoice.
From two reps up, CIENCE pulls ahead on list price because its flat layers spread, while a SalesHive quote scales with team size. SalesHive's US plans are not published, so the honest US comparison waits for a quote. Our SalesHive pricing breakdown covers its three plans, the notice terms and the offshore number in detail.
Why page one still says CIENCE pricing is not public
Most results for this query either say CIENCE does not publish pricing or describe an earlier model in which SDRs were billed at cost through a marketplace. Neither matches the live page. On October 15 the page lists a per-SDR monthly rate by region, a bonus formula and the two flat layers, with a worked five-SDR example. Third-party guides that were accurate in the spring are now quoting a pricing model CIENCE has replaced, which is a common pattern in this category: we have seen agency listings understate published prices by thousands of dollars a month. Read the vendor's page on the day you buy.
When CIENCE is worth it, and when software is
CIENCE fits a company that wants several reps working email, phone and LinkedIn at once, has a proven offer, and would rather pay for a managed team than recruit one. At five offshore reps the per-rep cost is lower than almost any in-house option, and month-to-month terms keep the downside to the setup fee and a month or two of fees.
It is harder to justify for one rep, or while you are still finding out whether your market answers outbound at all. If the phone is your channel but you are not ready for a human team, AI cold calling that qualifies leads and books meetings is a cheaper way to test the motion. If email is your channel, the research and writing that an SDR does is what Coldoutreach automates: Starter is $24 a month billed yearly for 1,000 researched prospects and Growth $49 for 5,000 with three seats and LinkedIn steps.
