SalesHive Pricing and SalesHive Cost per Month for the Starter, Growth and Crush Plans
SalesHive sells outsourced SDR teams on a flat monthly fee. The main pricing page quotes every plan on a call, but one figure is public if you know where to look. Here is everything SalesHive publishes, what it implies, and what the same budget buys elsewhere.

In one answer SalesHive does not publish a price for its US-based SDR plans. Starter, Growth and Crush are all quoted on a strategy call, and the quote depends on team location (US or offshore), channel mix (phone only or phone plus email) and daily volume (100+, 250+ or 500+ touches). The one published number is on SalesHive's offshore page: $4,500 a month for one dedicated Philippines SDR on phone outreach, with a US-based strategist and the SalesHive platform included. There are no setup fees, contracts run month to month, and annual terms lower the monthly rate. SalesHive does not charge per meeting and does not guarantee a meeting count. How much does SalesHive cost per month?
SalesHive costs $4,500 a month for its lowest published plan, a single dedicated SDR based in the Philippines who makes phone calls for your account. That is the only dollar figure on saleshive.com. The US-based plans, which are SalesHive's flagship product, are custom quoted, and the pricing page says so in plain words: plans are custom quoted, compare coverage, then get the monthly rate for your team and targets on a strategy call.
What sets the quote is listed openly, which is more than most agencies offer. Three inputs move the number. Team model is US-based or offshore SDRs. Channel mix is phone only or phone plus email. Daily volume is 100+, 250+ or 500+ touches a day. Annual plans run at a lower monthly rate than month to month, and SalesHive says it shows both numbers on the call.
The fee is all-inclusive by design. It covers the SDR team, a dedicated sales strategist, the SalesHive platform (CRM, Power Dialer, the eMod email personalization tool and a smart inbox), list building and data, call recording and coaching, and two-way CRM sync. SalesHive states there is nothing else to buy, no per-seat tooling charges and no data add-ons, which matters when you compare it against an in-house build where each of those is a separate subscription.
SalesHive plans compared by team, channel and daily volume
SalesHive sells three managed tiers, and each one comes with two team options (US-based or offshore), so there are six combinations in total. Only one of the six has a public price. The tiers differ on three things only, and the page lays them out in a comparison grid.
Starter is phone only, one dedicated SDR, 100+ touches a day, with no email channel. Growth, marked most popular, adds email personalized with eMod on top of calling, still one dedicated SDR, at 250+ touches a day. Crush doubles the team to two dedicated SDRs at 500+ touches a day on phone and email. Everything else (the strategist, platform, data, QA and CRM sync) is the same on every tier.
The practical read for a buyer is that Growth is the tier most US B2B teams will be quoted, because Starter has no email at all. If you already know you want email in the mix, ask for the Growth number first and the Starter number second, so you can see what the email channel adds to the monthly fee.
Starter: phone only, one dedicated SDR, 100+ daily touches, email not included
Growth: phone plus eMod-personalized email, one dedicated SDR, 250+ daily touches
Crush: phone plus email, two dedicated SDRs, 500+ daily touches
Every tier: US-based strategist, SalesHive platform, list building and data, call recording and coaching, CRM sync
Team option: US-based SDRs (quoted) or Philippines SDRs (Starter published at $4,500 a month)
What does SalesHive charge for offshore SDRs?
The offshore page publishes the Starter tier at $4,500 a month for one dedicated Philippines SDR on phone outreach. The plan includes a US-based strategist who owns targeting, scripts and weekly optimization, Power Dialer access with DNC scrubbing and calling-window automation, recorded QA, CRM sync and reporting. The SDR works only on your account, never shared across clients, and there is no long-term contract.
SalesHive also states that offshore programs typically run 40 to 60 percent less than an equivalent US-based SDR program. That claim lets you estimate the quoted number before the call, as long as you treat it as arithmetic on their own words rather than a price. If $4,500 is 40 to 60 percent below the equivalent US Starter, the US Starter would land somewhere around $7,500 to $11,250 a month. SalesHive does not publish that figure, so use it to sanity-check the quote you receive, not to budget.
The offshore Growth and Crush prices are not shown in the page text we read. The card for Starter is the only one with a figure, and the link under it goes to the main pricing page, which quotes everything.
Does SalesHive charge per meeting?
No. SalesHive does not price by the meeting or by the appointment. You pay one flat monthly fee for a dedicated team and the program, and you can follow activity and every booked meeting in your own login. SalesHive's own reasoning is that per-booking pricing pushes an agency toward volume over qualification.
SalesHive also does not guarantee a number of meetings. What it commits to is the work: the daily touch volume in your plan, a strategist tuning targeting and messaging every week, and approval of your playbook and messaging before the first invoice. That is a fair and honest structure, but it means the risk of a weak month sits with you, not with the agency.
Compare that with OneAway, which publishes an optional appointment-setter add-on priced per held meeting at 2 percent of your annual contract value with a $150 minimum, and with CIENCE, which pays its SDRs a performance bonus on top of the monthly fee once they reach 60 percent of their held-meeting target. Three agencies, three different answers to who carries the risk of a quiet month.
Can you cancel SalesHive at any time?
SalesHive runs month to month with no long-term contract, but cancellation is not instant. The pricing FAQ says that once outreach has started, a written notice to terminate must be provided, and all outreach and billing end at the end of your next billing month. In practice that is a notice period of one full billing cycle.
The useful number is your minimum exposure. If you start on the published offshore Starter and decide in the first month that the channel is not working, you still pay for that month and the next one, so the realistic floor is about $9,000 before you are out. That is still lighter than a three-month commitment: OneAway's published plans both require one, which puts the floor at $10,049 on its Intro plan ($3,250 times three plus a $299 setup fee) and $19,099 on Managed ($6,200 times three plus $499).
There is also a soft entry ramp that costs nothing. Before the first invoice, SalesHive has you meet your SDR team, review the custom playbook and approve every email and script. Most clients launch in about three weeks according to the same page. Use that window to decide, because it is the only part of the engagement you do not pay for.
SalesHive vs CIENCE vs OneAway on published prices
Three of the best-known US outbound agencies now publish at least part of their pricing, and the published parts line up well enough to compare one dedicated rep. All three pages were read on October 15, 2026.
CIENCE prices in layers: a campaign team at $2,000 a month and its graph8 platform at $499 a month (75,000 credits), plus each SDR at a published monthly rate of $1,750 offshore, $2,500 in Europe or $4,500 in the United States, plus a performance bonus and a one-time setup fee. One offshore SDR at CIENCE is therefore $4,249 a month before bonus, against $4,500 for one Philippines SDR at SalesHive. One US SDR at CIENCE is $6,999 a month before bonus and setup, which you can hold against the SalesHive US quote.
OneAway is a different product: an email-first agency where its AI agents run the Intro plan at $3,250 a month plus a $299 setup fee for up to 10,000 leads, and a team with agents runs Managed at $6,200 a month plus $499 for up to 20,000 leads with cold email and LinkedIn. Neither OneAway plan includes calling unless you add the per-meeting appointment setter. So if phone is the channel you want, the honest comparison is SalesHive against CIENCE, and the two are within about $250 a month of each other for one offshore rep on published numbers.
Our detailed read of the CIENCE model, including how its bonus formula works and what five SDRs cost, is in the CIENCE pricing breakdown per SDR. For the broader agency field, see best cold email agency reviews and cold email agency pricing.
SalesHive, 1 Philippines SDR, phone: $4,500 a month, no setup fee, notice of one billing cycle
CIENCE, 1 offshore SDR: $2,000 + $499 + $1,750 = $4,249 a month, plus bonus and one-time setup
CIENCE, 1 US SDR: $2,000 + $499 + $4,500 = $6,999 a month, plus bonus and one-time setup
OneAway Intro: $3,250 a month + $299 setup, email only, run by AI agents, 3-month commitment
OneAway Managed: $6,200 a month + $499 setup, email and LinkedIn, 3-month commitment
Is SalesHive cheaper than hiring an SDR?
On the published offshore price, yes, by a wide margin. A fully loaded in-house SDR in the United States runs about $7,400 to $10,200 a month once salary, payroll tax, benefits, tooling and ramp are counted, and $10,400 to $12,500 once a manager's time is included. SalesHive's $4,500 offshore Starter is $54,000 a year against $88,800 to $122,400 for one in-house rep.
Against a US-based SalesHive SDR the gap narrows, and it depends on the quote. If the US Starter lands inside the $7,500 to $11,250 range implied by SalesHive's own 40 to 60 percent claim, it costs roughly the same as an in-house hire, and what you are paying for is speed (about three weeks to launch against three to six months to hire and ramp), the strategist and the absence of hiring risk.
The third option is the one most teams skip: keeping outbound in-house without an SDR at all. If the reason you want an agency is that nobody has time to research prospects and write personalized sequences, that part is now software. Coldoutreach Starter is $24 a month billed yearly for 1,000 researched prospects, Growth is $49 for 5,000 with three seats and LinkedIn steps, and Scale is $124 for 25,000. The software reads each prospect's site, LinkedIn and recent news before drafting, and you keep the domains, the data and the playbook when you stop. It does not make calls, so if phone is the channel that wins your market, an agency like SalesHive or CIENCE is the better fit.
When SalesHive is the right buy
SalesHive makes most sense for a US company that sells by phone, has a clear ICP and a proven offer, and has no one in-house to run outbound this quarter. The month-to-month term, the zero setup fee and the approval step before the first invoice make it one of the lower-risk ways to try an outsourced team, and the published offshore price makes it easy to start at a known number.
It is a weaker fit if your buyers mostly respond to email, if the offer is still unproven, or if you need the learning to stay in-house. Paying $4,500 or more a month to discover that your positioning is wrong is expensive, and the scripts, lists and reply data sit inside the agency's platform. Ask on the call what you take with you at the end: the call recordings, the list, the cadences and the CRM history.
Whichever route you pick, get the quote in writing with the team model, channel mix, daily volume and billing period spelled out, so you can compare it line by line against the CIENCE layers and the OneAway plans above. If you would rather test the email side yourself first, run a real prospect through the composer at the top of this page and see what the research-first draft looks like before you sign anything.

Common questions
The questions buyers actually ask before they switch.
How much does SalesHive cost?
SalesHive publishes one price: $4,500 a month for its offshore Starter plan, one dedicated Philippines SDR on phone outreach with a US-based strategist and the platform included. US-based Starter, Growth and Crush plans are custom quoted on a strategy call. There is no setup fee, and annual terms lower the monthly rate.
Does SalesHive charge per meeting?
No. SalesHive charges one flat monthly fee for a dedicated team and the full program, not a price per meeting or appointment. It also does not guarantee a meeting count. It commits to the daily touch volume of your plan, weekly strategy tuning and your approval of the playbook before the first invoice.
Does SalesHive have a setup fee or a long-term contract?
No setup fee and no long-term contract. SalesHive runs month to month. Once outreach has started you must give written notice, and outreach and billing end at the end of your next billing month, so plan for one full cycle of notice.
Is SalesHive cheaper than CIENCE?
For one offshore rep on published prices they are close. SalesHive is $4,500 a month for a Philippines SDR. CIENCE is $4,249 a month for one offshore SDR ($2,000 campaign team, $499 platform, $1,750 SDR) plus a performance bonus and a one-time setup fee. For US reps, CIENCE publishes $6,999 a month before bonus and SalesHive quotes privately.
Can I buy the SalesHive platform without the SDR team?
Yes. SalesHive sells its platform on its own for teams that want to self-serve: CRM, list building and data, cold email cadences, the Power Dialer, the smart inbox and AI agents on one bill. The platform-only price is not published and is quoted on the same call as the managed plans.
Where are SalesHive SDRs based?
SalesHive's core team is US-based. It also offers dedicated Philippines SDRs as a lower-cost option, guided by a US-based strategist, and states that offshore programs typically cost 40 to 60 percent less than an equivalent US program. Clients can run both pods on the same dialer and dashboard.
Is an outsourced SDR agency worth it compared with cold email software?
It depends on the channel that wins your market. If phone conversations close your deals and nobody in-house can dial, an agency like SalesHive buys you a trained rep in about three weeks. If email is the main channel, research-first software such as Coldoutreach costs $24 to $124 a month and keeps the domains, data and playbook in-house.
